I was bought a Chesterfield sofa and chair for a Christmas present. When it arrived four days before Christmas, I was pleased with the finish and workmanship, it's so comfy. I was given advice on how to care for the leather I couldn't had asked for better service. Thank you

The “ management “ decided we needed a new sofa , and so our quest began.After “ enjoying” lots of furniture/ home decor centres/ and the like , we ended up on the “ wrong side” of the Pennines , at a place called Rawtenstall , and Springvale leather……( actually on the recommendation of a friend) …..
Brilliant, couldn’t,fault a thing.Excellent friendly staff , that could get on “ Mastermind”answering questions on leather and leather furniture , first class products that even I thought was reasonably priced ( and I’m from Yorkshire) and that rare Northern commodity, honesty…..
After placing our order, we were kept up to date with its progress , and the planned delivery date was spot on ( even down to the time ) Am now luxuriating on my new sofa even as I write this , and my final comment has to be , if your thinking of a new sofa( or chair) and you want leather , look no further , these people should be your first port of call …..Paul

We have replaced our original Springvale three piece suite with a new Chesterfield and matching chairs. In the past we have been more than satisfied with the quality standards set by Peter and his team and we were not disappointed when the replacement furniture was delivered on the right day at the right time. Faultless craftmanship is evident in every piece of furniture and Springvale's ethos is outstanding. Our old settee and chairs have been passed onto our grandchildren and they still look perfect after several years family use. Well done Springvale -Highly recommended by ourselves.

We travelled from Diss in Norfolk to Rawtenstall to visit Springvale Leather as we liked the look of their modern sofas. We were not disappointed. Beautiful showroom and excellent sales staff took their time to help us make the right decision regarding leather type and cushion depths etc. Very professional and well run family business and we are delighted with sofas which arrived this week. Would thoroughly recommend Springvale Leather who also have a fantastic range of fabrics as well.

Visited Springvale furniture October 2021, we were greeted by the most pleasant and obliging family team, my wife and I were extremely impressed by the service and of course the high quality of the furniture, we decided to purchase a leather three piece Chesterfield which Peter and the team built to our requirements and also visited our home to measure and discuss our purchase. We cannot express enough our joy and satisfaction with the service and suite.

My wife and I visited the showroom in early Sept 21 where we received a very warm and sincere welcome from Rachel. We were not subjected to any sales pitch or pressure but were guided and advised by her and a couple of colleagues (if a query arose). I cannot describe the variety of styles, leathers and cloths available in the display areas, and all were clearly top quality. She was able to translate all our thoughts perfectly into exactly what we wanted. The bonus was the delivery, earlier than planned, of two beautiful Cuba sofas of superb quality. I visited Springvale in mid July to purchase an arm chair as a replacement for my old electric recliner, after previously purchasing a 3 piece suite over 20 years ago. I have previously been back to have cushion pads repaired and they have been able to match the colour of the leather perfectly. I was quoted an 8 week delivery but my chair was ready and delivered in 6 weeks, they even took my old chair away for me. I’m very pleased with my new chair, an exact match to my other chair and settee. This is a family run business, you’re treated as family rather than just a customer, I’d definitely recommend Springvale.

Visited Springdale leather in July (5 hours from Sussex but well worth the trip), family run who use local suppliers of materials as much as possible. Very friendly and extremely helpful with a fantastic choice of leather in any colour you might think of. 2 sofas delivered yesterday, amazing quality, absolutely beautiful, we are very happy with them.

Really Happy with our purchase.
We were a little doubtful at first as we couldn’t travel to Rossendale to see Springvale’s selection as we live on the South Coast. After a telephone call to the company we received a very comprehensive brochure. Having chosen the design we requested sample colours of the leathers and were delighted to discover that there was a blue Wedgewood in Lena and a darker colour for scatter cushions. We had help from Sarah, Rachel and Jodie who talked us through the different options and we finally decided on the Burnley. Sarah sent us photographs at stages during manufacture. Our purchase arrived last Wednesday and was perfectly delivered and unpacked by the friendly hauliers. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase; beautifully made and so comfortable. We are so pleased we took Sarah’s advice on the filling of the seat cushions. We would certainly recommend Springdale leather furniture and how reassuring it was to deal with a family firm who always answered the phone so promptly.

I really can't fault this company, the helpful staff, the quality of the products is beyond reproach. The suite I had delivered is of an excellent standard.

We had our first suite from Springvale 21 years ago and have just passed it on to our daughter and son in law, it is still in excellent condition despite being being well loved and much used. Our new suite arrived recently and is stunning it was made to order and is even better than we could have imagined. It certainly has the wow factor both in looks and quality. I highly recommend this company.

This family business is first class. Have just received my 2 new settees which are fabulous. Springvale are keen on top quality products with top quality service. This is my second purchase of bespoke furniture from them. You’re every need is catered for from stepping into the showroom until you take delivery.

Excellent service from start to finish. They managed to make me a recliner in a shade of leather which perfectly matched some furniture we made the mistake of buying from one of their competitors. An excellent quality product and I hope to replace the now unwanted furniture from the other supplier. Delivery guys most helpful, as was the young lady in the showroom. Unreservedly recommend this company. You can probably buy cheaper, but it won't be the same quality.
