While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

misinterpretation of services

I was under the impression I was purchasing a battery charger for $9.99, and I got bamboozled they charged me $99.95 on my account an as soon as I seen the charge I contacted them and informed them of the mistake and they refuse to give me a refund for the $99.95 saying I signed up for their VIP package for which I didn't, before the I could check the receipt it vanished . I contacted them right after this all happened. I do not want their service or their product at this point I just want my money returned.

WARNNING THIS IS A SCAM DON"T BUY…

WARNNING THIS IS A SCAM DON"T BUY ANYTHING. The minute I noticed my Credit Card company and the agent saw the company name they immediately said we have had many calls about this company and canceled my card to stop future theft. I recommend filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office.

A well camouflaged scammer company

A well camouflaged scammer company.
Advertising products at very low prices and at checkout making sure that they give you a VIP button subscription with victims falling for repeated charges to their credit card.
BEAWARE SCAMMERS

My child tried to purchase a discounted product from sprintfriend.com. After entering his Visa card details, instead of receiving a normal order confirmation, his card began being charged repeatedly for what appear to be membership or subscription fees.

He never knowingly signed up for any membership program and there was no clear or transparent disclosure of recurring billing during checkout.

These charges were not authorized. We have contacted the bank and are disputing the transactions.

I am sharing this to warn others to be very careful before entering payment information on this site.
