Excellent communications and customer service

We recently had some furniture delivered via Sprintshift from Housing Units and I can honestly say that this delivery team have been second to none! They contacted me to arrange a delivery date, listened to my availability and worked around me. The two delivery guys (I sadly didn't ask their names) were friendly, polite, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for the pair of them - and the furniture was heavy!! Well done Sprintshift - top marks from me!

Martin and Dale delivering excellent customer service.

Martin and Dale delivered our order of garden furniture and they were brilliant. We had a phone call letting us know what time they would be with us and they arrived right on time.
The set arrived in lots of separate, very heavy, boxes.
I was expecting a 'kerbside' delivery, but they insisted on taking all the boxes into the back garden, so they were in safe and secure place.
They were really friendly and a credit to Sprintshift.
Definitely a 10/10 star rating from us

Terrible customer service and delivery

Terrible customer service and delivery.

They had the items for delivery for in excess of 2 weeks before attempting to deliver. Finally a date was given but not tracking and contact from the delivery team. The item never showed up and on calling calling customer service to enquiry the location of my items was given a poor excuse about an issue with a truck. They were unable to then rebook for the same day delivery or next day and i have now been booked in for three days later.

overall a very poor service and would not recommend!.
( still haven't received my items as we speak)

Very poor sefvice

According to Dawson's Department Store they despatched my £2300 order via Sprintshift on the 22nd May. I was told that I would receive a call in a few days to arrange delivery, to date I have not received a phone call and I have no idea where my order is as they do not provide tracking information. I emailed them yesterday to ask about my order but they have not replied
Update 1/6/24: Sprintshift have now had my garden furniture for nine days and they have still not contacted me to arrange delivery. There are so many names I would like to call them which sound much like Sprintshift

Top service

Top service. sprint shift went above and beyond the call of duty. Had an urgent delivery for a wood burner delivery that was coming on Friday although my fitter was booked in for the Wednesday before. At no additional cost they moved the delivery to the Wednesday and it turned up at 9.30. Danny the deliver driver moved a 220kg unit across a gravel driveway and into my lounge- top man for a Man City fan! All of the staff at the depot were helpful, professional and polite. 100% recommend these chaps. Thank you!

Brilliant service

Brilliant service! Sprintshift collected my garden furniture today. I spoke to a lovely guy yesterday who told me an average ETA and I got a lovely courtesy call from Phil to say they were 35 mins away from my house. Phil and Brendan arrived promptly and were super friendly and helpful taking the furniture carefully and respectfully through my property. They both commented on how well the furniture was wrapped too! Such a friendly, reliable service with awesome and efficient drivers, I would use this company again without hesitation!

Outstanding Customer Service

I can't praise this company enough. We had an issue with the timing of the delivery of a teak bench which was to be presented as a retirement gift. Jessica at Sprintshift was incredibly helpful.They had no record of our order. I'd left 10 message and emailed the vendor but had no response. Jessica took our order number and said she would try to contact the vendor on our behalf. She did eaxctly as promised and within an hour the vendor called me back and the issue was resolved. This was a shining example of outstanding customer service. Jessica resolved a problem that was not of their making. If there were a national award for The Best Customer Service Individual Jessica would win hands down. A real superstar !

Maybe better named Snail Shift

They had my item for 12 days before they delivered it to out to me. They had also been asked by the seller to give it some priority. All calls were made by me, at no time did they initiate contact. Not impressed!

The BEST in the BUSINESS…

Received delivery of patio furniture from Dawsons via Sprintshift. Although delivery was late with a missing key component this was nothing to do with Sprintshift. Received call from sprintshift to advise day the items would be delivered and then 30 minutes before actually delivery. Drivers really friendly, helpful, down to earth and professional. Very impressed with Sprintshift and wish other retailers would also use them a lot more.

Great service

I recently took delivery of bedroom furniture from Housing Units that was delivered by Sprintshift.
The two guys who delivered my order were excellent and great ambassadors for both Sprintshift and Housing Units. (even my dogs loved them!)
They were friendly and helpful and even though I was their last delivery of the day and they had a two hour drive back to their depot in rush hour, they took the time to ensure my delivery was safely taken into the bedroom upstairs.
Due to one item being heavy, this even involved removing the outer packaging and the drawers to get the weight down.
They took time out to ensure this was done correctly without causing any damage and that the furniture piece itself was handled with great care once the protective packaging had been removed.
A really first class service from two guys that are clearly focused on customer service.
Thanks for the time and effort guys.
I would happily recommend Sprintshift to anyone based on this experience

Brilliant

Brilliant. They delivered my table and kindly helped me build it as it was heavy marble, and wouldn't have been possible on my own. Drivers were Chris and Gary Rigby. Lovely guys!

Delivered Tom Howley kitchen kept us informed of arrival time. On delivery, very helpful and careful with the product and very polite towards the client.
