This company deserves 0 stars. Multiple times we've ordered from a popular company that have used this shipping company. This shipping company is a scam. They do NOT leave notices and don't even attempt to deliver your package. The next thing you know your package tracking shows that it has been returned to the business. Contacting them is impossible. They should be shut down or investigated.

I agree with most of the comments. I would like to give them a zero star. Where is my package? Who knows? Apparently the next business day doesn’t exist. Three enquires - no responses. The box below is a joke. How will you get in touch with them to let them know about the review? Maybe you can share with their hostage customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. My package ‘entered Canada’ January 27th…. I have NO received my package and now the tracking said my package was “damaged” and returned to sender. Sooooo why wasn’t I contacted? From seeing all these horrible reviews it looks like I was just robbed. My package was over $300 canadian. I am PISSED. No way to contact them either.
No idea where they delivered my package
Did not delivery my package to my address. Instead, it is left at some mailbox according to the tracking details. There is no notice to let me know where to pick it up. Sprintstar has no contact number; just some webform where no one gets back to you. Terrible service. Global Landmark should stop partnering with these guys.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Same issue as everyone else, they didn't even attempt to deliver my package, didn't leave a notice as to where to pick up my package and there's no way to reach them because they don't contact you back. Never use them, they basically steal your package.
Totally disgusted
I didnt get a notice or anything until apparently my parcel was already at a delivery place for pick up. I have no idea where to call them or get a hold of them to find out why noone came to my door with my package. This is a horrible company and if we were able to give 0 or negative stars I would. This is my first time of even hearing of this company aswell

If I could give a negative star I would for this appalling company, every time we have bought from Amazon and discover its LANDMARK (7 times) we have not had a single package delivered SPRINTSTAR say package undeliverable returned to sender.

I ordered a gift for my professor from Red Bubble. Part of it arrived no issue with Canada post. The next day I saw that the final part was out for delivery. I was home the entire day sitting by my front door doing work. Never saw a truck, never got a call or email. Checked the tracking status at the end of the day and it said it was undeliverable because they could not find the address (which is ridiculous) and they were returning the package to the sender. I'm so mad and there is no way to contact them. I've sent 3 different emails on different days and have gotten nothing in return. This company is a scam and based on other reviews, I have no idea how they still exist. DO BETTER.
Terrible
These people couldn't find the University of Alberta. I had four - FOUR!! separate Amazon parcels not make it. One was left on a random doorstep and three of them said they couldn't find the address so were returned to sender. How could they not know where the university is? Why did they not phone? The proper address was on each parcel. There isn't a phone number or email address for me to contact them... you have to fill in their online complaint window which doesn't always work. I managed to submit one complaint but for the other parcels I couldn't submit anything. I am extremely frustrated.

It is EddieBauer using Landmark/Sprintstar again. This time they said my package was delivered but it was nowhere to be found. I called EddieBauer customer service and they said they did advance scanning. Can you imagine? Last time the postman did that I complained to the supervisor and I believed he was fired. You cannot deal with Sprintstar, I complained to EddieBauer and if they keep on using them. This would be the last time I buy from them. It is not the money, it is the time that is wasted. Time is precious.

Unprofessional, unresponsive. If you are able to shell out a bit extra cash for express shipping or shipping with a more reputable company (Canadapost, UPS, DHL.. any company but landmark/sprintstar) then DO IT. Not worth the hassle and headache this company gives.

I can find my package!! It shows ‘out for deliver’ on January 10th, it’s now the 18th. We have cameras, so they can’t get away with saying it was delivered. I want to cry….does anyone know what I can do?

Not delivering to main door
Standard of practice is delivery to front door. This courier keeps leaving packages at back door to the street...easy access for theft ...and package seems to be just tossed from the vehicle.

Same thing then other customer. Fragrance net used them and they said unable to find add and return the package.. Now I have to fight to get refund. Lazy ass company and employees

Useless company. So slow to claim to receive the packages. Slow to deliver. Avoid them.
