Ordered a tubeless kit, hopefully in time for a big weekend ride. I was probably cutting it a bit fine but Paul paid for the next day delivery service for me - arrived on the Friday in time for the weekend. I’m definitely using these guys again. - thanks.

The item was delivered on July 21st, but it appears there was an issue with the delivery address provided, as a house number was not included in the order. Based on the driver's GPS and the delivery image, it looks like the package may have been delivered to number 19. The image shows a white door with a welcome mat on the doorstep, which might help you locate it. Please check with your neighbor to see if they have it.
As this is the first we have heard of this issue, please note for the future that you can call or email us directly so we can resolve things much faster. If we are notified within 24 hours, the driver can often return to the address to retrieve the item.
Given that the delivery issue was due to the missing address details rather than our service, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review.

We’ve gone electric
If you can I would always recommend buying a bike from a bike shop and this is a great bike shop found the bike we wanted at a good price bought set up and picked up in less than 24hrs what’s not to like, Mark was very informative on this the first electric bike we’ve bought and it won’t be the last my wife loves it so thanks to sprockets for all your help
