Scam, no bed and no communication. After 6 months are pursuing refund through credit card.

Manufacturer (Benlemi) seem to make quality beds with good communications so very dissapointing that this UK reseller is such a disaster whether they trade as Sprout or something else…. AVOID!

This company is a total scam. No communication, no bed. Had to pursue refund from the bank but it took significant time. Can’t believe they are still advertising.

This company is a scam - as in doesn’t actually exist. Don’t use it or if you have (like I fell for it!) you can get your money back if you paid via credit card. If you look at all the 5 star reviews they are from the same group of “people” who review a lot of shady companies. Clearly bots or being paid to do so! Trust pilot need to clean these up.

Awful company, they have scammed us. We ordered a bed in June for delivery 1st August; still no bed and not responding to emails asking for updates. The phone number on their website just goes to EE voicemail and no one gets back to you. I wish I had read other reviews first!!

Amazing choice of beds for children's bedrooms, at last a company in the UK selling a large range of floor beds!

Ordered some cotton ball lights for £40 and they never arrived. They haven’t responded to my emails and the phone number goes straight to voicemail.

Absolute shambles. Delivery company didn’t come with 2man as requested. Have now been waiting over a month for the bed frame. Sprout beds do not answer calls or reply to emails. Our 8 month old son has been sleeping on mattress on floor without any frame. Do not use this company if you actually want good customer service or a bed you paid for! Out of pocket and no bed frame in sight

Ordered never arrived

I ordered lights for my daughter’s bed, they were expensive but I believed they appeared good quality and liked the look of the brand. Unfortunately they never arrived despite asking for updates multiple times over a month. The website now appears to be shut down and I had to ask for my bank to refund me.

SCAM! Ordered some cotton ball lights for my 3 year olds house bed! Waited over a month for them. Received recently an email to say they were sending the order out for delivery but it never arrived! Parts of their website still working (conveniently, you can still place new orders!) but if you try tracking any previous orders, none of those pages work. What a waste of time and money! Do not use them or you ll regret it!
