My account was suspended without any prior notice while it held $40 I had earned through legitimate work. I did not receive a clear reason, and I’m now unable to access my funds.

I strongly urge everyone to withdraw their earnings regularly to avoid similar situations. If you’re using this platform, protect your income and document everything.

I used SproutGigs seriously and honestly, but one day my account was suddenly banned without any warning or clear explanation. They claimed "multi-account" violations, yet provided zero evidence to back it up.

Worse, they confiscated all the money I had earned through my hard work. I tried to contact support, but got only generic, copy-paste responses. No proper investigation. No appeal process. Just a silent theft of my earnings.

This platform is not transparent or fair. They can ban you anytime and keep your money. Be warned – your time and effort can be stolen in an instant.

❌ Suspended without proof, then threatened for asking questions

I had my SproutGigs account suspended for "operating multiple accounts" — which is completely false. I only ever used one account and followed all their rules.

When I politely contacted support to ask for clarification, they replied with a cold message refusing to explain anything — and even threatened to suspend my other account (which doesn’t exist) if I continued asking questions.

This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, unethical, and shows how they treat honest freelancers.

Be warned: if you try to work honestly and ask a question, you could be banned without any explanation.

I strongly discourage anyone from joining this platform. There are better, fairer alternatives out there.

this site can make money, but they are too favorable to employers and do not care about workers, don't you ever report an employer because they made a mistake, instead of your report being followed up, your account will be banned. my account was banned because I reported an employer because he gave a not satisfied in my job even though I did it very correctly, even many workers in the community also got the same thing, when I reported it, my account was banned.

I have used sproutgigs for over two years now—took personal breaks in between. I have had zero complaints so far. The site grants me access to doable micro jobs—using my social media accounts, and I get paid rightly. I was using SproutGigs honestly and had only one account. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen a few months ago, and after I logged into my same account from a new phone, my account got suspended.

I contacted support multiple times and provided valid documents proving it was not a violation. But after the first response, no one replied, and my account is still suspended with my earnings locked.

I request the SproutGigs team to please review my case seriously. I followed all the platform rules, and I deserve a fair resolution

I started SproutGigs out of curiosity. Like many people, I was skeptical at first. The idea of earning real money by doing "microtasks" sounded a bit too good to be true. This platform clearly doesn’t value freelancers or their hard work.

SproutGigs is by far the worst freelancing platform I’ve ever worked with. They randomly suspend accounts without proper warning, explanation, or valid reason. You can spend hours working hard, completing tasks, and building your reputation, only for them to suspend your account “anyhow” without clear justification.

Their support is unresponsive, slow, and unhelpful. Instead of assisting or resolving issues, they leave users hanging without access to their hard-earned funds. It feels like they don't care about freelancers at all.

I would never recommend this platform to anyone serious about freelancing. Stay away if you value your time, effort, and financial security. There are far better platforms out there that actually respect and support their users.

Sproutgigs.com 100% scam. Do not work at this website. 6$ It was my first payment. My account is suspended. The sproutgigs wanted tax form information. I gave but result is account suspended. The sproutgigs told me, I have multiple accounts but my account is just one. It is 100% scam.

They suspended me for using multiple accounts.

I still don't understand this bullshit reason when I only use only account . I tried to convince them. But they were like 'if you don't shut up I won't help you' A.S.S.HOLE
