The sizing was completely off and the cut of the dress was not the same as pictured. It was a straight cut instead of A line. You could see through the lace dress because the lining was so thin. They emailed me about the other dress I ordered that was out of stock and offered a refund. Have not seen it yet. The North Carolina address was bogus- took 3 weeks for my order to come. Don't waste your time

I was lead to believe that this company was operating in the United States. The delivery date was promised as if it was a domestic purchase. It was delayed because it came from a foreign company and was being mailed from there. After the clothing arrived it wasn't like the picture and they refused to give me 100% refund. Their return policy leads you to believe that they will return your purchase if it is unused. They offered only 20% refund and said I could keep the purchase. If the purchase was able to be worn then I wouldn't need to return it! The best they would do for me is to offer me a gift card. I really do not want to do business with this company again but I have a gift card to use in the future because that was the only way to get something for my money. Poor, poor business practice! I would not order anything from this company.

Please do not use this company their products are cheap, nothing like the pictures, take 30 days to receive and the sizing is completely off. When I tried to return I kept getting the run around first was offered to keep the product and they’d send a different size then 10% refund now 20% refund and keep the product. They are claiming it cost too much to return the item to china. Absolutely a scam of a company.

If no stars were permitted and made a difference I would do that. The quality of the shoes were of dollar store quality. They were completely plastic. Their policy says they will send you a shipping label for the return and refund you once it’s received.It is a 30 day policy . They werent offering anything other than a 10% refund and me keeping the item which I will never wear. This company seems to twist their own policy. DONT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. You’re not allowed to see reviews on their page and now I know why.

ONE star is too much. I ordered the shoes in a size 6 and they are too small. Would like to return them but unable to get any customer support and there is no phone number. I got scammed out of $56. Do NOT order anything from this piece of S---t company

This was a truly confusing experience
One, the website did not list where products were made, listed NC USA as corporate HQ. Two, the pictures did not depict what I recieved. Three, the shipping via USPS went well. Four, returning merch is not practical. Store credit was offered first--then, however never mentioned in subsequent emails asking to clarifying this. I was offered 10% of my total cost paid in a refund. Keep items which are of no use to me. Factory customer service advised I would ship back (international costs bourne by me, not acceptable) to China and a refund could be issued. Total waste of time.

Ordered the Selena 2 piece navy dress. It is nothing like the photos. Photos are AI. Material is cheap polyester with rough texture and it has cheap white plastic buttons. Buyer beware. After two interactions on a return request I was offered the option to pick something else from the site and I would pay a shipping fee. If I return for a refund I am responsible for freight to China and any custom or duty fees. It would not be worth it to return the item.

I got a satin dress and was lowkey worried about sizing. Somehow it worked out perfectly which never happens for me. The fabric feels smooth and not cheap at all. Wore it once already and felt really put together.

Ordered a few tops and wasn’t expecting much tbh. But they actually hold up after washing which surprised me. The fabric still feels soft and not stretched out. Even wore one twice in the same week lol.

Bought a dress on sale thinking it’d be average at best. Turned out to be one of my better purchases lately. It looks a bit bold in pictures but feels easy to wear once it’s on. Also came in perfect condition, no weird creases or anything.

this shirt is just easy. fits right, feels fine, no drama.

I ordered the same dress in two different sizes, and both were extremely disappointing. The quality was far below expectations—cheap materials, poor construction, and they looked nothing like the photos advertised online.
When I reached out about a return, I was told I could get a full refund ONLY if I paid to ship the items back to China. I went to my local shipping store (which handles UPS, USPS, and FedEx) and was quoted over $400 to return two very small, lightweight dresses. That’s completely unreasonable!!!
It’s hard to believe this isn’t intentional. Spruce & Sky must be aware of these return shipping costs, which effectively makes returns impossible or not worth it for customers. This is misleading and unfair. I would strongly caution others before purchasing!!!

UPDATE! Their response below is BS!!!! Their "best" offer was a 50% return so I'm still losing half of my money and I HAVE YET TO SEE THAT REFUND .....please don't trust these people!!!!

I never complain about on line purchases. I will make an exception for Spruce and Sky. The quality of their clothing is terrible. It takes days to receive a return label—although they do offer a 20% back on your purchase if you choose to keep the unwearable clothing. It is a complete joke.
Do NOT buy. You will be very frustrated.
Save your money!

This company is a scam.

I placed an order for 3 dresses, was very dissatisfied with the all 3 and began a return process via they're contact email.

It took days to get a response, then they requested pictures of the dresses I recieved. In trying to send the pictures they requested, the original email address was no longer working.

Also, they list a NC address on their website but I believe they originate in Asia.

Consumer beware!

Got the hoodie and joggers set and yeah solid for daily wear. nothing complicated.

The maxi dress is one of those outfits you dont have to think about. I just throw it on and head out. It sits nicely and doesn’t feel heavy or annoying during the day. Kinda became my go to without trying.

I have been in contact with info@spruceandsky since day one. They have not fulfilled any of their myriad promises. The latest was that a full 100% refund would be made to my card within 5 business days. This business day #6. No sign of a refund.
DO NOT TRUST THEM TO HONOR ANYTHING.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Horrible return service! The dress I ordered did not fit and they requested photos, which I sent. Now they will give me a 20% return “as a courtesy"!
My only other option is to return it to China, though their resources say they have both a US & overseas distribution, with a warehouse address at 10137 Horton Road, Charlotte, NC 28278.
I'll turn it over to the Texas Attorney General before I ship it to China.

The quality of the clothing was horrible. When I requested a refund I was told that they would send me a replacement product if I paid shipping and I could keep the items I have and give them away. So that tells you about the quality of the items if they don't even want them back. Do NOT buy from this site!!!
