Easy to use site

There was a stock issue but was contacted the next day and it was resolved with an email.

Dealt with Jasmine, who was extremely helpful. She contacted me back in respect of my enquiry and gave great customer service by sorting me out with a replacement item that week. Great experience as always.

SP Services have been fantastic to work with. I deal with Debra for my Ukraine missions involving medical supplies, and she is truly amazing. She is always helpful, responsive, and dependable, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. When you’re working on important missions, having someone you can trust makes all the difference, and Debra has been exactly that. I’m extremely grateful for her support and would highly recommend SP Services.

I had a slight issue with a delivery i took, i immediately contact SP services and was greeted by Jasmine who was most helpful and sorted my issue with no fuss, just first class customer service.

I was having issues ordering online and Jasmine in the IT support department helped sort the issue out for me straight away and sent me step by step instructions with screenshots which was very helpful! Great customer service.

Jasmine was fast at responding and helpful when I had sent over an incorrect order.

Pricing is always very fair and customer service is always fast and reliable. I’ve spent a quite a bit of money with these guys and they’re always reliable.

Their parabags are also a great and cost effective alternative to PAX bags, I would argue it’s very similar quality as well.

My whole experience with the company was very positive. From my first call the service was professional and timely. The product arrived within the company's delivery date. A special mention for Candi Bloor who investigated the availability of the product and called back at the time we agreed. Outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company.

Having placed a large order for First Aid products with SP Services, I was delighted to receive a confirmation email from Sithra S. The email, made me feel like a customer and someone that the company cared enough about to send a personal response. I was informed of when to expect the delivery and made aware that there could be a slight delay with a couple of products, which was really not a problem. The whole process was seemless

The information I requested was quickly answered.
Stock is always delivered on time.
