SPX Reviews 

Two different users ordered glasses from the same online store on the same day. One package was delivered by Flash Express in less than 2 days, while the other was delivered by SPX Express in 4 days. Based on my experience, Flash Express is more flexible and faster than SPX. It's a pity that on Shopee or Lazada you usually cannot choose the courier company, because I would always choose Flash Express. Flash Express drivers always call when the package arrives, and their service has always been professional and reliable in my experience.

SPX Thailand is part of Shopee Thailand. Generally, I found then not to be that bad until 2026. I ordered last month an item from Indonesian Shopee to arrive in Thailand. My items sat in one hub for 9 days in Indonesia. No movement. Eventually They found my items & shipped quickly or replaced it. They didn’t tell me. Our Local depot is very good.
The problem is Hub to Hub. This last week I ordered within Thailand & item was Lost just before it got to the local depot. I received no info. Nothing. I cancelled my order & got a refund for non-delivery.
Shame on you SPX.
So, I’ve moved my orders over to Lazada & Temu. They use a different firm to ship. So far both 100% reliable.
SPX needs new management So be warned No guarantees of deliveries with SPX.
