I requested that my account and payment information be deleted but they didn’t delete and kept charging my credit card. I need my refund back. This company is so sketchy with how they operate.

SCAM!!! JUST WENT ON THE WEBSITE AND HIT THE TRY IT BUTTON FOR 1.57, THE SITE ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME 6 TIMES FOR 43.79 FROM MULTIPLE SCAM 3RD PARTY SITES. IM GOING TO NOTIFY A LAWTER ON MONDAY. THIS SEEMS LIKE DATA MINING AND ATTEMPTED THEFT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Please DO NOT purchase from SPYNGER
Please DO NOT purchase from SPYNGER. They put payment on auto renew. And the cancellation button DOES NOT WORK. Then they send a refund policy noting an exhaustive list of reasons why you can't get a refund. And say that you agreed to this when you purchased. Furthermore the software DOES NOT WORK, and you have to pay to receive any kind of support. Please don't do it.
