Asked for a refund within 2 hours of purchasing. I have messaged them for 4 days and have not received a single response back. Legitimately just a scam company. Run far away.

Update: I got 1 email back that had nothing to do with my request. It has now been over a weeks since I have heard from anyone.

Zero stars. Just f***ing scammers all they do is take ur money

***RESPONSE BELOW is complete nonsense. I was very clear I would not be able to access the phone for more than a few minutes and was assured by sales rep Anthony that all that needed to happen was to open the text. There was absolutely no mention of needing the phone for several hours. I did contact customer service and they told me TOO BAD.

If I could give less than one star I would. First I signed up thinking I was getting the entire service-websites, keystroke log, social media, ect…The target phone is an iPhone which is more difficult. I chatted with sales and they explained that in order to get those features I had to sign up for premium service for $191 in addition to the $45 I already paid. I was very clear I wasn’t interested in location just websites and keystroke log. Sales rep Anthony assured me that all I needed to do was log into detecto and have the software send a text to the target phone-once the text gets opened then it starts working and would give me everything I was looking for. I did explain at that time that I could not access the phone for extended periods and needed it to be completely remote. All I got was location services which as I said I was not interested in. Chatted again with someone else and they explained that I needed access to the phone for several hours to do a back up in iTunes and then a whole process to get the features I wanted. I explained to both people that I did not have that kind of access and never would and was basically told to bad. I have emailed 3 times requesting a refund and am still well within my 2 week guaranteed refund timeframe but they don’t answer. My account has been deleted so that I can not chat or contact anyone. I did save a chat email so that is my only way to contact them. I do have screenshots of the entire conversation where I was lied to and now my only option is to file a claim with my bank. DO NOT BUY THIS-THEY LIE AND WILL SAY WHATEVER THEY NEED TO IN ORDER TO GET YOUR MONEY.

What can i say horriible website, bad service iam very angry , i wrote them maybe 30x times but they still ignore me , i asked them for refund becuase of bad communication , i already subscribed extra money for premium service ,its very sillly they dont reply to emails dont respond to calls beware

What a pathetic Mickey Mouse operation. I can’t get a call back from their customer service. I can’t keep a trace on location. I was obviously lied to about their capabilities. This is an FN joke. Evidently they’ve never screwed over someone that has the capability to hold them accountable. That’ll change unless I either I get my FN money back or they hold true their salesman’s BS.

This app is a complete scam. I'm in the tech field and can navigate tech pretty easily. Took 4 different runs as this product. Run 1, new install. GPS and some text worked for about 24 hour then went dark. Uninstall/Reinstall. same, chatted with help desk, the upsold me with the guarantee this would fix it. Run 3, uninstall/reinstall the "UPGRADE" and had more functions for 24 hours(ish). 4th and final run. Factory reset on phone, allowed all upgrades and patches to run UNINSTALLED antiV and reinstalled spynger. All modules were working and about 24-36 hours it all stopped. Each time I contacted helpdesk I got the instructions to reinstall, or it looks like they dont have internet, uninstalled (which I had to do each time), out of range. Then while trying to track the device in while it was in Europe and I was in US.. they recommend of having the device in had so we can reinstall it together!

It is not Working on 3-year-old Android Mobile.I want to monitor whatsappchat. but I can't. main thing is Mobile get's notification like a harmful app installed.and big thing is that support replies after 20days wow.

For one, they charged me three times. Second, the advertised features are not available whatsoever. They say you don’t need the phone to spy on your partner or target phone, but you do. Only things from a year or more ago shows up, and it’s not texts or calls. Only photos and contacts, if even that. Third, I emailed this company three times over the last two weeks and have yet to receive any response or refund. Do. not. buy. this. scam.

In my experience, Spynger is a total scam. The FAQ says the program can be set up on an iPhone either by downloading it directly onto the phone, or by using the phone owner's iCloud ID and password. But after signing up and paying for the service, the instructions no longer offered an option that doesn’t require an iCloud password. Moreover, it told me that even when someone has an iCloud password, Spynger sends a confirmation to that phone – effectively informing the person he or she is being spied on. To add insult to injury, Spynger charged my bank account TWICE for the service.

I wrote to Spynger, asking how I could download the app onto an iPhone without an iCloud password, as well as asking that the overcharge be refunded to me. In response, I was told the service can’t be used without an iCloud password – and they wouldn’t refund any money because the password requirement is clearly explained in the FAQ. So I copied and pasted the section of the FAQ that offered the other option and sent it to them … and they responded with basically the same email, ignoring the proof I’d provided. I was given two options: My account could be put on hold until I got the password, or Spynger could apply the money to their phone locator service. I figured something was better than nothing, so I finally relented and went for the second option. But I never heard back from them.

In summary, they charged me double the listed price, gave me nothing for it, and had no interest in making it right.

This is the absolute WORST service ever much less one that's paid for. It hasn't worked correctly since day 1 only showing some things on some days then different things on different days. It's finally stopped working altogether and forget about a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! if I could give it zero stars I would. Absolute trash. We should file a class action law suit for scamming peoples money. Whoever developed this app should be ashamed for taking people's money. They have absolutely no pride in their product. Just terrible, awful trash.

They are scammers. First they showed me 22 euros to pay when I paid they debite more than 22 euros. 81.53 euros took from my acount when i ask refund also not given app also not usefull. They scamed me.

Has anyone gotten their money back??? I haven’t even gotten into the system because there’s nobody available to help. I was told I would have a tech appointment at 9:30 which I logged onto but their chat box didn’t open until about 4 PM. When I asked for help, he kept telling me I didn’t show up in the right spot and I tried to explain to him again. The chat box was not open. Then in order to check out I saw something about a remote service and a different charge, but I figured I could decline it and I was really only trying to move forward with the yearly subscription but it made me purchase both so now I’m at around $200 with no service and I’m seeing here that the majority of people did not get their refunds. i’m so upset that I didn’t see this website before I move forward. I don’t understand how this company is getting away with this. I have sent several emails to ask for a refund. I’m calling my bank tomorrow and disputing the charges and also ordering a new credit card. With the amount of people that are here and all the complaints we should be able to do something

This spy apps is absolutely a scam, i have sign up to try for 3 months i didnt even get it to work the it should and yet after 3 months they deducted another 152 dollars from my account even i did not ask them to renew my subscription. I ask for refund and they just offer me something without the option of refunding the money. Where is there policy saying 14 day money back guaranteed if you dont like the service. Dont be fool like me,dont get scamed by this people. You will regret it when you sign up 100% sure.

Zero customer service besides automated responses. Not worth the money

I wanted to give it a try so I opted for a 44$ monthly purchase, I clicked on 44$ one month then it asked me to enter my card details, it then open a page showing my 44$ purchase followed by 12$ priority line and 54$ remote assistance. The only option was continue, there was no log in or anything and 44$ had been deduct already, payment was done. Then I click the only option "continue" and they stole 66$ on top of the 44$. Chat assistance said contact refund and then disappeared, after this no more direct chat possible, only email and obviously I don't receive any answer. Was 20 minutes ago, I acted fast, at least I disabled the automatic renewal but again not sure that they will not do it anyway. 110$ blown away in 5 minutes for nothing. At least I learn of trustpilot. Depressing. If only I read the comments before.
Edit: Didn't get any answer, direct chat doesn't exist anymore. I'm not going to install the program on the target device from this scammer/hacker, imagine what they would do with access to all the bank account etc. I blocked my bank account and redo all my passwords. Got scammed of 110$, don't make the same mistake.

Purchased Spynger annual subscription. Had to install 3 times to get the app to work. Even did the 000000 dial for activation but it still didn’t trigger. The app worked for 2 days with limited features providing - Call log (updates after 7-8 hours), text messages (after 4-5 hours), WhatsApp messages only & locations (missed out many intervals). Prompted me and I purchased a $43 support service to resolve these issues. No one turned up for the scheduled meeting and also the rescheduled one.
On 3rd day, the Service is not available. I’m logged off and prompting me to connect with customer service. I’m unhappy with reliability of the application and disappointed with their customer service (or let’s say absence of any customer service). Charging me $140 for annual subscription plus $43 extra is unethical and should be refunded

Absolute scam and avoid. The prey on people who are emotionally vulnerable and take their money. They post spurious ratings and reviews on sites like this. I will pursue legal action

Update as of 26th September. I raised a dispute with my bank who were super supportive emotionally and practically but unable to fulfil dispute because of the company’s awful refund policy which makes it a legal pain in the neck. You will never secure a refund. Avoid.

They lie about the capabilities of their products and deny you a refund. Cancel and file a claim with your bank if theyve also scammed you.

This app is a fraud they cant monitor any cellphone like they claim. And no refund can be made

Do not use this company as they falsely advertise what their software can do and as soon as I realised this within an hour of my purchase I am still awaiting my refund. This has now been over 9 days since I requested and I got a stupid reply and no mention about the refund. So avoid at all costs. The company are based at Android market and not really IOS. So I basically paid for this when I have all the features anyway. When I made contact with the company this was the response I got. Even though there marketing on the website is not good, they still won’t give me a refund for a product I’m not happy with and wanted to cancel within the hour. So Trading standards here I come.
