Ordered express shipping for dress. (Spent roughly 300$) didn’t ship, found the dress on amazon and aliexpress for 80$

Very poor quality, pictures on website are filtered- dress did not look the same in person.
No free returns. Cost to return was pretty much the same as cost of dress.

This company is an absolute scam! The dress I received was no where near the photo of what I ordered. They would not give me refund even tho the error was on their part AND shipping it back was 75 dollars which I did not do. Do NOT order from here!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they will not refund your money, if the dress does not fit, their costumer service is very poor and they have a lot to lean in how to give good service!!! They will ask you to keep the dress and offer you 10% - 20 % refund (which is ridicules !!), they will also tell you that it is very expensive to send your dress back and that it is very likely to get lost in the mail!!! ( how interesting is that!!), and if that will happened then they can not refund you at all !!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! there are so many more reliable other companies in the market ,do a little research AND READ REVIEWS !!!!

I ordered a customized Green Sage Color dress, I Received blue as shown at their picture webpage. I wrote them to send back the dress and get a reimbursement. I provided them with several emails with pictures proving that color was wrong, as well proving that my order was clear mentioning the color requested, and their answer was that the dress has the color of the picture on the dress (they did not customize it) but they can not acept the wrong dress back and give back the money.
So I had to keep a dress that I dont use, I lost my money, I had to find again a new dress and spend again more money.

I ordered this dress believing the dress and material shown would be what I received. Customer service seemed to be helpful and responsive. I was looking forward using this dress for my 30th birthday party. I paid additional shipping fees to make sure the dress arrived in plenty of time. When the dress arrived, I was extremely disappointed. I immediately reached out to customer service. The representative tried to act as if I was sent a photo of what the dress would actually look like. I was not and stated the same. Rather than take responsibility and give a refund I was told it’s my fault the dress doesn’t look good on me. The bust isn’t the same. The “corset” has little to no structure. The skirt is a cheap material. I repeatedly pleaded with customer service but they refuse to take responsibility and display honest business practices because I sent my measurements. Even my confirmation email has a picture of the image displayed above, not the cheap knock off version I was sent. I’m not sure why this image is being used when this is not the dress that will be sent. This is the most disgusting case of what I asked for versus what I got. Don’t walk, Run! The last image that is being used is not what you will get. Do not buy. This is false advertising!!!!

Ordered a mother-of- the - bride dress for 217$ in a colour they assured me they could provide. This made it a custom order and non returnable. Company should have reminded me of this versus pushing the colour. Received the formal dress it in a tight ‘ball’ probably to save on shipping and it smelled so bad I could not concise wearing it as it arrived a day before the wedding. I was offered 20% to keep the dress.

This company was amazing. They saw that I had trouble deciding on the proper size. They accommodated me. They always responded to my email. Communication was great. The dress is stunning!! Very pleased with them. I would order from them again.

It’s a real website but they scam people. It’s NOT free returns if any return. The products are not what is displayed on their website.

These items come from China, and once you get your item and realize it’s not what you had expected. They beat around the bush and tell you they’ll give you a 20% refund and you can keep the item…. Which is BS. I paid $250 for my dress and they want to give me $50 refund and told me to keep the dress. BUT IT DOESN’T FIT ME. Nor does it look anything like the photos. They explained in an email back to me that they are in China and it’s very likely to get lost on its way back and they won’t give me anything. My wedding is in 40 days and I ordered this dress for it. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It’s not a good deal, they are rude and so unprofessional and scamming Americans into thinking it’s something when it’s not.

I ordered 2 dresses, they look better than the pictures displayed. They quality, and detail is great. The customer service is good at answering my questions. I will be ordering more and would definitely recommend to family and friends. I trust this site wholeheartedly and have faith in their quality dresses. Thank you for the great experience.

Their customer service is wonderful. Received an immediate email confirming the order, then asking for actual measurements to customize the dress. It arrived early and the dress was AMAZING and fit like a glove. it was worth every $$. Thank you SQOSA

Ordered a boho wedding dress from this site for our daughter's wedding. They promised in an email if she was not satisfied with the purchase we could get a full refund. The dress arrived and it was so horrible we could only laugh. And cry. Tried to return the dress to get the refund - it cost over $60 to ship to an address in China. It got as far as Chicago and four months later came all the way back to our mailbox, no explanation. We never got any money back (it was over $250), and by the time all of this had happened it was too late to file a claim with the credit card company. The worst online purchase experience I have ever had, and the most money lost, too!

LOVED MY DRESS!! It looked just like the picture and everything. They took the sizes you give them serious!! They were super nice as well and their communication was great!

the fabric is horrible, prom dress feels and looks like a $20 dress. Waste. Do not order from here

I was very skeptical to order online from a US store to Australia. I received the dress today and it came in good condition and fast shipping. I had to try on the dress as soon as I got it and it’s absolutely gorgeous, the colour is exactly like the picture shown and it’s a nice material on the body too. Other than a couple of altercations I need to fix, the sqosa team did a great job with measurements and the dress is well worth the money!!

Highly recommend SQOSA for wedding gowns!! I ordered two dresses for my upcoming wedding and both were custom made just for me. Great quality, beautiful fabric! And super fast turnaround! I was worried that I wouldn’t get the dresses I ordered on time, but they were promptly made and shipped! 5 stars!

Please EVER purchase from this company. I bought a dress and paid expedited shipping and it did not arrive until 7 weeks later. I had to pay additional shipping fees to return it and provided proof to them…..9 months later NEVER received my refund and they have the dress……$317.00 WASTED

APPAULING company. This site is fraudulent. You WILL NOT get what you order - the pictures are all false advertising. i ordered a wedding dress & paid extra for fast tracked shipping. It took more than a week just to dispatch the item. After a month it finally arrived & it was a totally different dress to the one advertised & ordered. It wasn't even an attempt at a knock off - just a piece of white fabric someone stitched into a tube shape! Thank god I paid with Paypal because the company were only offering a $10 refund for an item I paid $77.99 for - and I only would have got that if i paid to return the item first.

This company is FRAUDULENT. I am still waiting for a refund for a garbage bag wedding dress they sent me. It’s been 4 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They scam you and then make you pay to return their garbage product. Then when they receive it they stop responding to email. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered two dresses standard. What I got would not even qualify as a costume. The dress quality was so poor it was absurd. The seams and lace did not line up, the second dress looked nothing like the picture. The material is cheap like plastic. This company has given me the runaround including an invalid address in China to return the dresses at a cost of 500. They have yet to provide me a valid address, yet to provide me with a refund. I send picture of the poor quality dresses, one of which looked nothing like the picture. I asked before I ordered where they were out of and they told me Italy. This is a lie. it is China. These dresses were over three hundred each. they are unwearable and now I can't even get my money back. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are the worst. This is a scam company.
