Steven was the most helpful travel agent I have ever engaged. He was patient while I figured out our itinerary and then, subsequently, made changes due to flight schedule changes. His bookings for hotels/B&B's were spot on for our needs. I would use Surgeons Quarter Travel again just based on our experience with Steven.

This company puts out some fantastic deals using easily-accessible marketing. The diversity of the available packages is incredible.

24th August 2022, trip discussed with agent which we believed had been understood - Trip booked. Promised itinerary was never sent by the time we travelled in early January 2023, despite repeated requests, and assurances. The agent 'forgot' but sent a document on 5th Jan with 'Tickets' which he had received a month before. This was unable to be opened.

Day before departure, Saturday 7th Jan 6 hours spent with no help from agencies involved, eventually dealing by phone and e-mail directly with Icelandic tour company, discovered tours booked were NOT as previously discussed. Our 3 day trip was completely reorganised by Icelandic company.

Unlikely we will be using this company again although I note the agent has accepted responsibility in his response.

Steven is amazing for sorting out your travel plans, nothing is to much trouble for him. He even stayed back late so I could finalise my holiday. Great work ethic and a genuinely lovely person who loves turning holiday dreams into a reality.

Steven u were so attentive with all our needs I was going on holiday with my 80 year old dad for his birthday he advised as so well even things he did not need to like where to go an my dad's insurance we had a lovely holiday I will definitely be calling him again by name as I feel the amount I called him to double check things out we have become friends I will call him on all further holidays I'm in the process of 1 now an he emails me every week to let me know the good deals very appreciative thanks Asten an my dad Peter xx
