Always had very good customer service. The team are very friendly and Lisa our account manager is great. When we had an issue on the line a few weeks ago, it was sort quickly and we were kept up today with progress at regular intervals.

Square One recently fitted a new phone system for us. They were great from start to finish. Lisa came to see us at the outset and offered us a really good deal. She followed up all the way through the process. Communication was brilliant.
The team that came to fit the system and set it up were also very good. After they had set it up they stayed to make sure we all understood how it worked. We had a couple of teething problems which were quickly and efficiently sorted. One call to Lisa and it was done.

They supported us through an extremely complex and drawn‑out situation with BT, helping us not only break free from a contract that had caused months of issues, but also move away from BT altogether. Their persistence and expertise made what felt impossible finally achievable.

SquareOne.Network worked with us on a true 1‑2‑1 basis, making sure we received a stable internet connection throughout the process. They moved us from an old, failing copper line to a brand‑new fibre broadband service that now supports our business at high speed — a complete transformation.
