Very good insurance. Happy to have my computer covered and repaired through SquareTrade. The screen has broken 3 times and the repair process has been smooth and worthwhile.

Quick reply and very helpful with my claim cancellation due to I still had almost 1 year left of the factory guarantee for the product. So I didn’t need to claim the insurance.
Mediamarkt did advice me to claim the insurance, but I think Mediamarkt was too lazy to handle the problem themselves and didn’t like to send the device to the manufacturer for repairs.

Got my replacement device within 2 weeks after I lost it, process was good, didn’t hope it would be so clear, replacement device was in very good condition, like new device, but of different colour.

Sinds august our daughter has her first phone. Luckily we insured it at the store.
When the phone fell and the screen didn't work any more, we filed a claim.
Contacted customer service because we couldn't reset the phone or make a backup.
Good customer service.
Then we send it by UPS.
All instuctions were good and clear.
Within a week we received the phone back. Repaired and well.
No extra cost were charged.
My daughter is happy. Especially because it didn't cost her any money.
Good to have this insurance.
