Don’t trust this company with your money and business. No communication always chasing them but they work on things in their own timings. Weeks and weeks and still holding payments for no reason at all

Square is absolutely the easier form of invoicing customers that I’ve used

I own a ground transportation business in the Orlando Florida tourism section. I have been using square and square invoicing since day one. The square invoicing system is almost flawless, I use the free version and it’s been working just fine. The only improvement I can see is the claims section. It should allow the vendor to explain why the customer is receiving a credit or not. The Yes No option with no explanation is not fair to the vendor. Besides that…flawless!!

My card was supposed to be swiped for $10 and instead it was swiped for $1000. They took the money out of my account and told me 2-7 days before a refund. I will never do business with anyone who uses Square for payments. Dirty business is what it is.

I’ve been using Square for many years, and it has been very useful in so many ways. If you’re not using Square for your business, I highly recommend that you consider it.

They have many features they will be able to accommodate any type of service that you may offer for a storefront or homes style business. they also have services and features for individual who desires to issue gift cards for a birthday anniversary graduations and other desire celebrations.

Square has helped my hemp business tremendously. There are some areas I’d like improvement on such as transaction fees but overall it’s a 5 star processing company you can run your entire business through like I do.

The ease of becoming a customer and the ability to get up and running fast. So much work removed from my shoulders at a minimum cost makes me happy and that makes me successful. Best decision I have made to start my business and have the A/P & A/R taken care of and positive results to my cash flow :)

If I could give less stars, I would.
Square will happily take payments from customers and hold the funds until they feel like giving it to your business.
Whilst on my honeymoon, with no access to my accounting files, square decided to put my account under review and before they would send me any funds, they wanted multiple unnecessary financial documents and bank statements, which have nothing to do with the process of sending estimates and invoices.

For two weeks, my funds have been, and are still being held from me and my business has been unable to function and will suffer massively.

I have emailed square twice, both replies have been generic (bot) responses and my request to speak to someone on the phone have been ignored. And they refused to postpone the account review until such times as I am in office and have access to the information they want.

But not to worry they say “ you will still be able to receive payments through square during this time”
These payments will also be held from me.

I am a new small cleaning business and decided to try square invoice app. I have multiple issues since barely having this app. First I had client say they never received my invoices through text or email and I had to go return to get a personal check. I did a test of the app to check and invoiced my husband to see if it was working properly it went through. The next day I went to do a deep cleaning of a home and invoiced my cleint they received and paid it. Then all of a sudden my account was being investigated and my money withheld. They have made it so I can’t contact by phone or through the chat feature and when you email they send the same generic message in response every time. They refuse to tell me how long they will be investigating ,ask for any information,why the deemed me suspicious or fraudulent or when they will release my funds. Do not use them at all!!
