I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dua for resolving my issue so efficiently. She truly turned what had been a negative experience into a positive one.
I genuinely like the brand; however, I was quite disappointed with my overall experience after receiving my orders. On two separate occasions, I received the wrong item despite placing two different orders for the same product. Additionally, I was initially required to accept online store credit instead of a direct payment reversal to my original payment method.
Dua stepped in after I raised the issue through a general email to the support team. She ensured that my refund was processed back to my account and also provided a coupon, an additional discount on the product, and free shipping.
I truly appreciate her efforts and the way she handled my concern. While I believe there is room for improvement in the order preparation process, I would like to commend the Customer Service team for their support and responsiveness.
