Slow Return Process
On the website, both returns and exchanges are mentioned, but in reality only returns seem to work. While returns are available, the processing time is much longer than expected and takes quite a while to complete. I followed up multiple times to request an exchange for a smaller size, but this was not possible. Customer service responses felt quite scripted, which left little room for options or flexibility.
On a positive note, the item was delivered in a timely manner. However, the return process takes ages, and there is very limited flexibility when it comes to exchanges. Customers are required to wait 7–10 working days, which feels unusual nowadays, as most online platforms offer exchanges within 2–3 days, often with no additional cost or with an in-store exchange option.
For reference, I received my order on 9 December and submitted a manual return request on 10 December 2025, well within the return period. The process involved pre-approval, pickup, checking, and other steps, and the return was only completed on 20 December. I received my item on 20th December 2025.
With Squatwolf, the options feel quite limited. I hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way — I’m simply sharing constructive feedback on areas that could be improved.
