This tool is is indispensable to our small but fast-growing business and it's hard to imagine how we would operate effectively without it. I've just had some queries about implementing some of the more complicated integrations that squeegee offers and Rich from the technical support team has taken a good deal of time to walk me through the process of using each of those tools and I'm now able to do it, making billing customers and tracking payments even more efficient

Ed, founder and CTO, was, quite frankly, outstanding in helping me rectify an issue with my Mac and signing into Squeegee. And at 7.30pm in the evening. Rare to see such patience these days. Goes without saying, superb app too. Credit due, guys.

Squeegee app and support team have been reliable & a great addition to our new business. The team respond to an email question the same day. Even giving specific advice that is genuine & easy to follow. Definitely worth the monthly app fee. We're NZ users & it works perfectly. We don't use the text or paywave function.

This app is used for my window cleaning business and i cannot fault it one little bit. It makes organising my work and invoicing so simple, everything is done in a couple of taps.

Having had my first ever issue today I sent a message and Susie emailed back very quickly with an explanation to my issue and within a couple of emails everything was all sorted. Will never hesitate to contact again if needed as I know the problem will be sorted as quickly as possible (thanks Susie).

app 4-5yrs now.The team are great.Susie helped me an awful lot with the app,Ed and Rich the whole team in fact are excellent.They are patient with enquiries.They need it with me.Always improving the app and the user experience as a result.So helpful is this app if you are a cleaner or window cleaner.5 Stars from me.

Great app easy to use, has everything you will need to grow your business and saves a lot of time. Customer service is very good But unfortunately it seems as if it is being over developed now with the sms interface being removed without warning. (but I have to buy credits from squeegee to allow me to send sms) costing me at least a extra £70 a month

This service has revolutionised my business. Before I had not much idea how much I earned, how much I missed in work as a business. The integrations through GoCardless, the reminder messages, and the way the developers are constantly trying to push the app forward is exemplary and as a window cleaning software nothing comes close. The staff are extremely helpful, an absolute pleasure to use and can’t thank them enough.

I have nothing but praise for this marvellous tool, that helps me keep up with my work, keeps track of my financials while simultaneously allowing me to keep my customers informed of appointments, monies owed and received. The customer service you need as a user of this amazing software is second to none! Thanks Squeegee!

Found the app OK, but every time there was an update, you wouldn't be able to use it. Found it overly complicated and often crashed.

Moved to cleaner planner and found it way easier to use, especially with go cardless and doesn't crash when updating

Having tried a few various apps for a bin cleaning business I opted for squeegee.
It's a nice and easy system to use once you get used to it and is relatively easy to learn.
The only downfall I have with it , sometimes it occasionally moves customers around into a random order which can be annoying when you have 400+ customers.
This as also happened to someone else I know who uses squeegee.
I don't quite trust it %100 yet.

Apart from the above gripe it's decent software and saves a lot of paperwork.

The customer service is second to none. We are still learning about all the great functions of squeegee and the team get back to us so quickly no matter what our enquiry is about and they always provide clear answers and quickly solve any issue we have. I have already emailed them twice to complement their customer service - it really has stood out that much!
