ACHTUNG BETRUG

Wir haben am 04.Juli 2021 eine WoW-Figur /Server: Malygos, Fraktion: Horde, Charakter: Ringotaurus unter der Bestellnummer: 10778 bei Squip.com bestellt und für die Figur 149,99 Dollar + 14,95 Dollar Versandkosten gezahlt.
Dieser Betrag wurde auch prompt abgebucht und wir haben eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen.

Leider war das bisher alles, was wir von dem Unternehmen erhalten haben. Wir haben uns am 24.08.2021 beim Support gemeldet und freundlich gefragt, wo die Lieferung bleibt und haben KEINE Antwort erhalten.

Wir haben sehr viel Geld für eine Figur ausgegeben, die wir NICHT bekommen haben. Daher ist das meines Erachtens BETRUG.

Meine erste Nachricht habe ich in gutem Englisch verfasst. Es sollte also möglich sein, mir zu antworten.

Ich habe mich heute (25.11.2021) ein letztes Mal an Squip gewandt. Sollte ich bis Montag, den 29.11.2021 keine Rückmeldung erhalten haben, werde ich von meiner Rechtschutzversicherung Gebrauch machen.

Schade, dass das so laufen muss.
