Have had Squirrel internet for a coupl,e of years now, speeds are excellent and whenever I have had a need to get in contact with them, their online chat agents have been excellent.

Harrison (who I contacted today) resolved my email issue instantly.

Very impressed with the whole experience. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the customer service team responded to my questions in a timely and helpful manner. A great start with this new broadband provider.

This is my second review in a week. I was confused about something to do with my router so i emailed the support team and with under a few minutes i received an email from them. Someone called Harrison responded straight away and solved my issue there and then. Highly recommend squirrel.

Squirrel Internet are brilliant! Had placed an order with a different provider, but they messed up the order. Squirrel, on the other hand, got us back online really quickly and all the staff I spoke to worked hard to help us and were very friendly and professional. Can't recommend them highly enough! (Also really good speeds and reliable VoIP phone connection too).

I’ve not enjoyed using Squirrel since I switched on the 24th of March. The download speed has been consistently poor, video calls are often blurry, and some apps take far too long to open. Overall, the service has been disappointing so far.

From first contact to installation it was seamless. My completion date changed three times and they were more than helpful and accommodating with changing the install date. Installers were friendly and efficient. Speeds have been spot on. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Prep and installation was great. I was kept informed at all times. Just a little hitch after switch over but the team was on it, resolved it and all working great. Big thumbs up to Squirrel 👍
