Squirrel Squad 

June 2020, we called Squirrel Squad to hang a tv in our home we just bought. That went well so we called them back to take down that tv and hang a larger tv hat we bought. I had an appointment on March 12th, 2021. When the 2 young men arrived, they did not have the tools to take the tv down. So we waited for those to come. When they got the tv down, they could not take the rack off the back of tv. Apparently, the first 2 guys that came in June to hang the tv screwed them in too tight. They had to re-hang the old tv. The young man 'texted' the office to have the manager call my husband and we NEVER received a return call. The young man told us that they would be back Tuesday (3-16-21) and no has come or called us. My husband has left several messages and I have messaged them on both Facebook and via email. No responses.

I think that the owner, Dustin Hufnal, could improve by not abandoning his four kids and wife for jail bait and strippers. If anyone hasn't seen what he's been up to lately, you must not be friends with his personal profile on Facebook. I'm not anymore because I called him out on it. No worries though. I made sure to take screenshots. I'll drop the pics when I'm ready as I have different plans for those. Actually, I even reached out to Dustin personally and offered to help him sort his life out too. Basically, I learned from reaching out to him, then calling him out, and watching how he treats his family and friends that the only thing Dustin is good at is running away from problems. I'd venture to guess that, if you have a problem with anything, you probably shouldn't hire Dustin. Not to say he hasn't done good work in the past, but he clearly has some integrity and commitment issues he needs to deal with right now.

Squirrel Squad is my go to when I need something technical installed in my office or my home! Dustin is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to over sell you. I have recommended him to my clients because I trust him and his team.

Dustin did the prewire at the house we are building and really saved us. He squeezed into his schedule on short notice, was reasonable with pricing, and really helpful with figuring out what we needed to do.

I will be contacting Squirrel Squad again to finish the install because of how reliable they were and the quality of their work. Even our builder took notice and is recommending Squirrel Squad to his other clients.

Nice to reconnect with Squirrel Squad when some new IT issues presented themselves. Problems resolved and I feel smarter and better able to deal with them.

I contacted Squirrel about assisting with opening up a network port so I could view my cameras at my company remotely. He came out and immediately fixed the issue. I have had several people come out and none of them could ever figure out how to open this. I am very impressed and will be using him for all my network, camera and computer needs.

My experience was okay nothing out of the ordinary.
I was expecting at least a follow-up. it worked or not.
This is the only communication I received after my initial purchase.
I mention I wasn't happy about the results, he stated I would have to bring it in and do something else. no communication, not even when are you going to bring it in or scheduled appointment Etc.

He did get in contact with me I guess it was misunderstanding he said he was waiting for me to reach out to him with what option I wanted to do. Be able to make things right is one of the best qualities in a company. I like Ford doing business with him
