My daughter asked for a specific squishy plushie (the koala with babies) for Christmas from Santa. I ordered it on December 2nd with a delivery date of the 17th. Come the 15th and I still saw no sign of the package, I emailed the company and explained the importance of getting the koala before Christmas. They wrote back with no sincerity that the package would not arrive and they were refunding me my money. Looks like Santa needs to find a quick solution…

Missed a plushy off my order. Extremely cheap and poor quality item. Do not buy! Coming from China.

I always buying my Plushies from them , always all its absolutely fine on one occasion they come demage but customers service acted very quickly and really friendly . They resend them free of charge and next day . Super friendly customer service ! And quick to response . Thank you very much for being fair and lovely busssines !

Parcel arrived 2 weeks late so missed Christmas even though it was guaranteed for Christmas! Fault on their end. Weighted anxiety tiger plushy arrived and extremely disappointed. The plushy claims to be weighted but it is not. It weighed the same as other teddys. It’s basically just an expensive teddy. I’m an anxiety sufferer so was hopeful that a weighted teddy would work but you could hardly tell it was there. Don’t buy!
