Inessa responds promptly and provides information and follow up. Our process took a long time and she was there every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we got the result needed.
Terrible service:
- Disfunctional compaint department.
- Customers are unable to make internal transfers without visiting a branch.
- Directors refuse point-blank to get involved in any communications.
- At the account opening stage I was advised by a member of staff she was too busy to answer any queries I had.
- Incorrect information given out by staff.
- Emails I sent were frequently unanswered by staff.
- Employees fail to communicate with each other due to internal issues with their hierarchy.

UPDATE: At the time of closing my accounts there was a small credit balance of €1 equivalent outstanding. I asked for this to be donated to charity. My request was refused and the balance was debited as a bank charge. Harsh. Never again.
