Absolutely no problem with installation fitters where great

This is the first time we have used SRN.Very pleased with the new windows.The installation was excellent and tidy workers,i would recommend SRN for home improvements

This is the third time we have used SRN. This time we got a new door and window. We are again impressed with the team work, reliability and professionalism of the company. They even clean up after the job is finished.
We’re really happy with our new door and pleased to note that the floor next to the door is now looking great. (There had been an unfinished gap).
We have only 2 little windows left to do. Guess who we’ll contact when we’re ready? Of course it will be SRN.

Made an appointment to get quotes for windows. Was told it would take and hour. 3 hours later!!!!!! The saleswoman reluctantly left after us saying multiple times that we weren’t ready to commit here and now. Very high prices that they make out is an amazing deal. Saleswoman kept calling manager to “ask” for price to be lowered etc… I could hear him on other end of phone and it was all very obviously scripted, practiced, to make people think they’re getting a great deal from the manager. Very old school sales techniques. Also, if you check their Facebook reviews, lots of people have had the same experience as us, and yet there are no negative reviews on Google or trustpilot which makes me wonder - are they deleting negative reviews?
Do not recommend!

Second time having rest of windows and doors installed and after the lovely job done by Jamie and team we did not hesitate again.Iwould certainly recommend the company for their professionalism.

Very pleasant to deal with SRN. Alexandra was so lovely and listened to our requirements. The guys worked hard and any small issues were promptly sorted without question. We are very pleased with the roofline, it made a massive difference to our house. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company..from the very start Reece the sales guy was very professional and genuine guy... Christopher and his dad who came to do the installation were very professional and did an excellent job of installing my windows and front door with no mess and no redecorating I was blown away with how quick and clean the whole job took and was extremely happy with the finished look so well done to the whole team. Would highly recommend them.

New windows and front door installed. Quality was a massive upgrade from the old ones. All staff were helpful and friendly, from sales, surveyor and installers. The 2 installers arrived on time and completed the work very well with no mess. Would definitely recommend SRN to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

New windows feel like a step up from the old. Chrome handle operation smooth and precise. Hardwood surrounds installed perfectly. Fitted by 2 skilled, polite, punctual tradesmen. Minimal disruption whilst fitting and thoroughly cleaned when completed.
Extremely happy with all aspects of installation and confident to recommend to friends and family.

This is my third time using SRN. We have had a front door, windows and this time we installed roofline.
The roofline was installed by Andrew and Gary and they done a fantastic job of it. SRN are a great company to deal with from start to finish and any issues are sorted promptly, l have no hesitation in recommending them.

My window install. The lads arrived in the early afternoon and from the outset were professional and courteous. They got to work straight away and within half an hour both the windows were out and they were prepping the new windows to go in. Although they made a mess whilst they were working, afterwards they did a great job of clearing up and hoovering the areas affected, I was well impressed. All in all, Andy and his partner were fantastic. The job was done within 4 hours and the results are amazing. Would definitely recommend this company to instal windows and I will be using them again to finish off my house. Very happy customer
