This is Mrs. Tolbert. Three hours for $65. The guy used 45 minutes to get the supplies he needed to do this job; he came unprepared; it was also his first time doing this type of work feeding wires into a wall. Because the job was not done correctly, tearing my wall out, wires hanging from the box, television not working, you sent someone To correct the work that was done. I feel that I should not pay for someone else’s mistakes. I had to wait a week for the gentleman to come back. Yes, he did come back twice to evaluate and a second time to fix problems. I I ask for a receipt for the three fixtures first guy picked up, I never received It. I was the one that scheduled the appointment. My husband had nothing to do with it; he didn’t know anything about it. You took advantage of my husband because he did not know anything about it, or how much it cost. You could’ve called me like you were supposed to. Instead of dealing with my husband you ripped My husband off of $200. No one pays for Incomplete And damaging work. Please return $200 to avoid courts' bad reviews and BBB Accredited. Will despite charges

SRO2 Handyman Services is a POTENTIAL RIPP-OFF. THE OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Initally the estimate only shows the cost for labor and not job specifications. During construction when the customer inquired about things missing in the job, the owner stated it not written in the contract. Then, a new estimate was sent to the customer showing an itemized list of things to be done, in which the missing specifications are not included. But the total price for the job didn't change. The customer is then informed by the owner that the other items are considered an add-on to the contract which will be an extra charge. Also, when less than good workmanship is photographed and texted to the owner, the customer was called and subjected to anger, yelling and threats. BEWARE!
