SRP Cleaning Group Ltd responded to a late notice request and despite local flooding and an influx of jobs managed to provide me with the service required to a tight deadline. He and his team of one worked out of hours to ensure a tenancy end clean was completed to the highest of specifications in time for the property to be handed over. You aren't a customer and you've not used our services. Your review is not entirely accurate at all. I was never rude or threatening at all. I have records of all the communication between my company, you and your wife. You was not waiting months at all, everything was communicated as we have all the records. You clearly don't like the fact we wasn't able to provide you with service as we did not have capacity at the time. This review is not an actual experience of using our services, plus the date of experience is incorrect and the fact you waited until now to leave a review. I will be reporting this inaccurate libellous statement, pity I couldn't post here all the abusive messages my company and staff received from you.
