Ordered some celtek mittens and some burton socks. Order came super quick, and I am well made up with the celteks, however the socks were the wrong size!!!!!! I phoned up and got a helpful chap on the phone and explained the situation, they didn't have the socks i ordered in my size, so he sent me out the same style and brand but different colour, and also sent me a prepaid returns bag, as I explained that I had just come out of hospital after having an op. Super great service and would definitely use again.

I received good advice from staff regarding the purchase of boys board & bindings. They also price matched without issue.
The board arrived with slight damage to the nose done through the delivery and I was offered a refund or money off. Great service.

i don't usually order from on line but the day that I did I was feeling kind of lazy, I decided to explore the okne method of shopping at this establishment. I found the experience quick and easy and the option to even deliver from store is great.... Keep up the good work guys as the older I'm getting the lazier I'm also getting.

Easy to use site, fast free delivery. Would definitely recommend. Bought the 32 Slauson snowboard pant, really well made product. My only advice to anyone wanting these is they come up massive. I'm a 34 waist and had to have the medium and they're still slightly on the large size!
