I bought the wrong service kit for my outboard.
Totally my fault. I didn’t realise my mistake as I didn’t try to fit it until 2 months after I bought it. SSI marine couldn’t have been more helpful. They let me return it for a full refund and keep the oils that were the same in both kits and would have been expensive to post back. Sent me a new kit by by fast post
Absolute 5* service and excellent prices. I know where I’ll be buying my outboard spares in the future.

Excellent Service
Was looking for new steering gear for my old Tornado RIB and after much trawling through the web, came across SSI Marine, excellent price for a replacement and all in stock so ordered. Anticipated a long wait, but order appeared at my door 24 hours later. A wee issue with a part missing, so contacted SSI and missing part was with me the following day. Brilliant service, clear communication and really helpful telephone advice to ensure I was buying the correct kit for my boat.
Excellent all round experience.
