Excellent support, very reactive. 8 years doing business with them and not going to end soon ;)

Invoice process was so complicated due to invoice doesn´t cover all mexican law requirement and when i asked for the changes we had to wait about 2 weeks to received the correct one. in addition to this, our requirement comunication was just a little bit complicated because your first contact was on holydays.

everything else were so great, SSL247's people are so kind and reports are ok.

For the benefit of everyone I'll write this in english. I never do this, writing reviews that is. I think I might have done one, once on linkedIn for a friend but i digress....

I've been required to contact our Account manager a couple of times and the first time I had my doubts since I'm accustomed to be thrown around to different contacts etcetera.

However, Agnes van Rheinberg suprised me straight away with her combination of a professional & personal support. Never have I been thrown around or had to wait for a response. I've even had the pleasure to talk to her over the phone.
