The online chat support was very effective. The link in the email didn't work, but the chat person, Andy, sent a new link to validate. The new .crt file arrived. It had been a year, and the chat person guided me to the menus and process. He even suggested a more efficient way to distribute the SSL certificate using .pfx files.

I had an issue with validating SSL certs using DNS records. but Henry made it possible by resetting within a minute to reconfigure the order to validate domain with different method.
