Omöjligt att få hjälp. Har försökt få kontakt med supporten som inte svarar eller tar en evighet att svara på ett ärende. Nu börjar det bli kritiskt att få hjälp med vårat certifikat och det är ingen som svara. Chatten på kundportalen kan ni lika väl ta bort då ni i bästa fall svarar nästa dag. Finns inget telefonnummer att ringa heller vilket ger ett osäriöst intryck.
Stort utbud av SSL cert men helt omöjliga att få tag på när man har frågor eller behöver hjälp. Har mejlat och försökt använda chatten men ingen som svarar. Telefonnr finns inte heller.

Tack för din recension. Vi tror mycket riktigt att ditt ärende kan ha blivit obesvarat då vi nyligen bytte e-postleverantör vilket gav störningar under ett dygn. Sist du kontaktade oss via chat var enligt våra noteringar för ett år sedan? Då besvarade vi ditt meddelande samma minut, och du var nöjd med dina svar från oss på så snabbt som två minuter. Det stämmer att vi har valt att inte ha inkommande support via telefon.
