Second:
James Kurtz notified me the SSL on my site was expired. I checked and it was. GoDaddy was going to charge me almost double what James offered for the exact same thing, but James offered to help with the install. I figured I would give them a chance and sure enough, they made a valid SSL to update mine and everything was good again.

I really appreciate the patience that James took with me to get all the changes done. I do recommend them for they did what they said they would, completed at a rapid time, and for a cost I am happy with.

FYI:
If they call you and you have a web designer that is maintaining your site, then you need to look into your designer for they are not doing their job that you are paying them to do...

Jimmy Hill went above and beyond to provide five star customer service! He showed a great deal of follow through during a holiday weekend to make sure our site was working properly. There was a bit of trouble shooting and clean up on our end but he was able to walk us through it step by step to make sure the job got done in a timely manner. Thank you Jimmy and Sslguru you have an amazing employee working diligently for you!

On November 5th, my website went down and immediately I received a phone call from Ed at SSLGuru who told me I need to renew my certificate. If I don't pay $199.00, my web site would remain down. I paid but minutes later my web designer got back to me and told me this was a scare tactic which worked. I immediately cancelled and so did my web designer. It is now December 1st, and we still have not received credit to my card. We were told we would be refunded. SSLGuru never issued a certificate. My web site remained down for most to the day. I fell victim to the high pressure sales bulling tactics by Ed who now is stringing me along about my refund. I would caution all to do business with this company

I am busy in my business trying to sell machines, and one thing that I'm not is current with all the changes and requirements pertaining to certificates, email and web security.

Thankfully, I got Max R to spoon feed me through another internet requirement.
