Be careful of this company. After they attempt to scam you, they will try to bill you 6 months later as they save your card on file. Stay on top of your recurring charges.

I have to share how much I appreciate you guys for saving me a bunch of money. I received a call earlier today from James telling me that my certificate is near expiration. I was a bit skeptical at first, but he assured me that I was in good hands. He got me to move over from GoDaddy which I now know is the best thing I could do for my business.

Max took the time to work with me and my ISP to navigate some technical issues which were "above my pay grade." My problem is solved, my certificates are issued and all is well. It's unusual in these times to deal with a tech company with a "human" on the other end - and a helpful, courteous one is a special bonus!

This is a scam service geared to people who don't understand that they can get an SSL free with their hosting company. An employee signed up for their service and then they automatically renew without permission and there is no way to cancel on their website. I opened up a ticket on their website but haven't heard anything yet. Luckily my card was expired and never charged.

I just renewed my SSL certificate with SslGuru, and I have to say, it was a great experience. Eddie from their team was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. As a high school teacher running a small blog, I needed something quick and secure, and they delivered. The renewal was done fast, and my site had zero downtime. SCAM!!! A man named Eddie called me about an SSL renewal. Because I was in a hurry, I bought a renewal thinking it was part of Godaddy. He said he would call back within an hour to follow up and "help" with the installation, but I never heard back and I never received an invoice from them. Unfortunately he also asked for my account number over the phone which is a HUGE red flag and had to close my bank account details. I researched the situation myself and found that I already had SSL certificate through GoDaddy, which I ended up installing myself. It's a company that tried to take extra money from people that you can easily install yourself or that you already have through your provider, in my case through Goddaddy. I paid money for something I already had and got no service. Money out the window. Please pray
BEWARE of this shady company

Dan Soliz took me though everything the other day and made it very easy. More importantly, he saved me from a HUGE headache. I'm very thankful.

SSL Guru is not a trustworthy company. They charged for a certificate for a website that does not exist. I called them and they agreed to refund me but they never did. It also looks like it is run by one person who does everything.

James Kurtz got our SSL Certificate for our website up and going! We did not know that our SSL Cert had expired from another SSL Cert provider. James made a cold call and I'm glad I answered his phone call! James also was able to get us our refund from the previous provider. Thank you James!
