I want to thank James for his professionalism, patience and ability to explain everything to me. I had bought an SSL from Go Daddy but since my website was hosted at Amazon it turned out I was SOL. Go Daddy would not help install the new SSL and I thought I didn't have to since I renewed what I already had with them AND had been told by a Go Daddy representative that was the case. So I didn't listen to James on his first few calls but once the renewal date came my whole website went down. Not only was the SSL cheaper with SSLGURU but they also installed the SSL free of charge in my Amazon hosting account. HIGHLY recommend the GURUs

Terrible. Certificate was not installed and my website went down. I bought a certificate from another vendor so I could get my website back up, and SSLguru refuses to give me my refund (the promise a 30 day refund window - but they don't honor it).

I have been completely happy with the friendly and professional help I get from Michael at Sslguru. I have used him in the past and wouldn't think of going elsewhere when it comes to protecting my business website. Thanks Michael!

After running into many odd troubles with new versions of email client software connecting to my company's email server; I called SSL Guru (the issuers of the security certificates for our websites) and talked with Dan Soliz about the problems I was seeing with e-mail. I inquired about multi-domain certificates and how that may solve some of the problems I was seeing. Dan was extremely helpful and allowed me to contact both through e-mail and phone asking him all kinds of questions before I did settle on the multi-domain certificate. He even went out of his way to find a product from a local vendor rather than one overseas. Even after making the purchase Dan was helpful in ensuring that things were running correctly with the new certificate applied to both web and email services across all our domains. Thank you Dan.

I was a bluehost client and when my website went down trying to get a hold of bluehost was nightmare, so I searched the the internet for someone to help me after calling a couple of other companies to help me with no luck ! keep in mine every minute my website was down loosing money.
I reached SSLguru actually spoke to a real person reaching someone about 11:00 pm is almost impossible !! SSLguru had my website up with 45 mins save me thousand of dollars

This is a no BS review. When Mark called me to renew my SSL certificate I thought it was just another solicitor. I am glad I did not hang up on him! They had a better price and helped me install the certificate. I will be using them going forward for all my website needs. Joel Carson

Once you sign up for this service, they charge you whether or not you need it, and if you try to cancel, you can't. You can't unsubscribe on their website. I have attempted repeatedly to call and leave messages, and email them to request cancellation and reimbursement, but I have not received the courtesy of a response. Worse, after I tried to unsubscribe they sent me another invoice for MORE money, and ultimately charged me that higher rate, and would not reimburse. Terrible customer service, uncancellable. I guess I'll be paying them $250 every year until I die.
