Ray is a Scammer - I only came across this because he called a company I work with, I've never had to pay for this on my own sites, better yet, I asked for his website and he hung up on me Lol. TOTAL SCAM

James called about an SSL that had expired. He explained the different services that Sslguru offers. He had the site back up and running in less than 30 minutes and saved me some money in the process. Great service!

Dan and Max were super helpful in the installment of our website SSL! They worked very fast in getting our website up and running again. Best of all they were always a phone call away when needed--even though we were in completely opposite time zones! They were super helpful in explaining the process and made dealing with a potentially daunting task a breeze! We are so thankful for their time and will happily continue to use their service!

These clowns cold call you and act as if they're your partner who issued the cert.
I will never work with, or trust anyone who cold calls.

I worked with Raymond Duke and was super impressed with the work and professionalism that he brought with him. He was able to install a cert for me and worked with me to make sure everything was working properly. He even followed up after the work was done. Very Impressed will continue to use them in the future.

These guys keep trying to slip a charge into my credit card years after I cancelled my one time purchase. They refuse to stop trying to re-bill me.

Max helped with a slightly complicated SSL certificate situation where some information about my business was not showing up as needed. He stuck with it and let me know just what I needed to do. By providing me with the links I needed he made it fairly easy to work with the business directory. He also immediately processed my SSL certificate and put it on my website with out further ado once we received the information we had been waiting for. I would definitely work with Sslguru again, based on this experience.

So happy to have switched over to Sslguru and the good people at Ion Blade. Raymond and Mark (to mention a few) have provided consistent exceptional service (which is rare for other companies). No long-winded automated phone prompts when you call; within two rings, you're talking with a live human (in CA...and yes, within two rings!). I keep waiting for the other shoe to fall, but these guys keep bringing it. Our website is flying now. THANK YOU!

Got a call from Jimmy that my ssl was set to expire, was not too sure if that was correct or not but 2 days later my ssl expired. I followed up with him and got a better deal than what I had with my hosting company for ssl and he installed it for me in a very short amount of time. Customer service was excellent

This company appears to have a large thread of fraud weaved into their business model and from my experience should be investigated for false advertising. They make is sound like a refund is just a phone call way which couldn’t be further from the truth. I spoke with Brooke Miller on the phone regarding a refund for an SSL certificate they sold me, that after all, surprise, surprise, I didn’t need, and got nothing but the run around from her. I’ve emailed, sent the requested hard copy documentation to them and jumped through every hoop they’ve asked, and I get nothing from them. I paid for this with pay pal and anyone familiar with pay pal knows it takes about two seconds to send a refund. I’ve been trying since April 19 to get a refund and at this point am sure they aren’t going to send it to me, thus I’ll cost them at least what they have stolen from me and hopefully 100 times more. Yes, I’m pissed! I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB and found a surprising number of similar complaints there about this company, an am also preparing complaints for the California Attorney General’s Office, department of consumer fraud, and the Pasadena City managers office. Remember the nursery rhyme. There once was a girl that had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead, and when she was good, she was very, very, good, but when was bad she was horrid! I don’t know if SSLGURU has ever been “good” but my experience with them has been horrid! You’ll get cheaper, and far better service at Go Daddy then working with these guys.

Huge thanks to Max Reiske for a job truly well done. I was in over my head installing reissued SSL certificates so Max took the reins and got the job done. I really appreciate his professionalism and "can do" attitude!

These guys are great. I had an SSL issue and GoDaddy who wanted a great deal of money to fix it. SSLGURU was able to solve the problem and issued a new SSL certificate quickly for one-fourth of the cost with no hassle. Wonderful experience.

Dorian took the time to work with Amex to ensure that my payment was accepted and ssl certificate was updated before it expired. Very reasonable prices and super people.

Max is persistence and will get the job done. Not everything is a cookie cutter install. When there is a Max, there is a way!
