The temperature of the oven is always…
The temperature of the oven is always too high, even when I off the fan, not normal for me. I baked several time, and most of the cake dry, compare to the previous oven I own (other brand).
The temperature gap between the oven and external thermometer between 40-60, which is for me is too high. I test multiple time.
I still cannot get the right temperature for the previous baked cake I always baked.
