order a top but wanted to swap it when it arrived, emailed a couple weeks after it arrived to send it back and got a response quickly, the new tshirt arrived the next day after they confirmed it, would definitely use again.

Not sure how this is a verified and operational company. You pay for an item back at the end of April only for it to never arrive. Asked multiple times for a refund only to be ignored and told to pick a different item and still no response or item sent even after trying to be reasonable and selected a different item in hopes actually receive something. Masssssssive scam don’t buy it

The below response is not creditable, they just keep going around in circles about bags, they asked me to pick a different one so I did, they then ignored my email until I followed up again asking for yet again another refund. Then I’m not again to pick again or wait another 2 weeks I’ve already waited 9 weeks?? The bag is never coming it’s all tosh, give me the sodding money back

Even after the cocky responses below and attitude over email about sending me the refund and trying to make it look like I’m being difficult I providing all the info they needed for the refund on 2nd of July and shock, still no refund looks like times are tough and don’t have the funds to issue refunds. Administration must be looming for a business who can’t send goods, issue a refund, have loads of poor reviews recently and getting defensive over email 🥴

Ordered a pair of trainers on 1-5 day delivery. Never arrived so I emailed them to find out where they are to be told they aren’t in stock and to choose another pair. I then said just refund me and 3 weeks later miraculously the trainers arrived but the wrong size. Eventually got a refund but the customer service is shocking, so arrogant and rude. Avoid the headache.

IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS I ORDERED ITEM FROM THIS STORE AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I tried emailing multiple times and they still haven’t even tried or attempted to refund me! This is bull , i shouldn’t have to be chasing after grown ups for my own money ! ORDER NUMBER : 36302

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers in November, still haven’t arrived. Was told last week I would have to choose a different item as the ones I ordered weren’t available. I said no I don’t want anything else I want a refund, sent numerous messages/ emails since and no reply but they’re still posting on Instagram so clearly ignoring me. Been a nightmare experience, shouldn’t have to keep asking for a refund when they’re in the wrong.

Have purchased a few items from SSonline and sometimes things can get delayed (like most things ordered online) but Phil is always great at communicating what’s happening when I email and getting back to me. Will continue to purchase from SS online in the future :)
