I purchased some Bhave shampoo and conditioner sets from sss, a total order of $403, these are products that I use on a regular basis but the first time I have bought from this company.
Upon opening and using the products I had very quickly realised they had been tampered with. The seals on the bottles were all pierced and broken, some were missing completely.
The products are a different colour, consistency and they smell absolutely horrendous. Like fish juice. It’s actually disgusting.
They also left my hair feeling gross.
These are NOT GENUINE PRODUCTS.
I did email sss regarding this and instead of allowing a refund for the fish juice products, they have sent me what appears to be an email template that I imagine they have had to send out a million times stating that their products aren’t tampered with and are in fact genuine with a bunch of legal crap. My guess is they have had a legal team type this up and they copy, paste and send it to every poor sucker that gets scammed by them.
They told me to take it up with the actual brand.
I have bought from the brand so I know it’s not from their end. This is 100% a SSS HAIR ISSUE.
And I have told them I am going to post this review, they don’t seem to care, as long as the pocket the cash, they are pure thrives.

And mark my words, I will put money on the fact that they are very likely going to respond to this review with a defensive, passive aggressive response, claiming their products are real.
I cant express this enough, these products are not real.
Don’t get fooled like I was…

Scam site. No products to send. Blame it on the courier company who blames it back on them. Both dishonest. Would not trust purchasing anything

Great, you can trust them. I bought online, it came very fast to New Zealand in Queenstown (just one week). Shipping plus taxes are a bit expensive, but the price compensates it. The item came well packaged and its original. I’m glad that I found this store as they have a product for my hair that isn’t easy to find .

Selling bad products. Misleading labels. Wont take responsibility when the product doesn't do what its supposed to do. Bad business

Our purchased products are great quality for the price we paid and shipping was very impressive and quick.

Ghd platinum plus straightener purchased from SSS hair late last year retuned as it was faulty, beeping and read light flashing after using for 5 minutes…a google search advises it’s a fault with thermistor and to return if within warranty.

SSS Hair have advised it’s not a fault, apparently this is shiver mode and occurs when the unit is cold and they will be sending my faulty straightener back to me. I’ve explained multiple times the fault does not occur from cold and it starts beeping and red light flashing and then goes cold…this is after using for several minutes….

Wow…. paid over $350 for a straightener that is less than 12 months old and cannot be used. GHD are missing in action ..do not answer calls or emails. Burnt big time … I highly recommend you buy from a local reputable company who honour warranties not SSS hair and certainly will not be buying a GHD again!!!
