already wrote review. spoke to them via email, still agreed 100% rubbish. the boots acording to them are 5.5 im a 5 and they are too tight. their answer to this was sorry we sent you the correct size. not oh sorry for that you can return them, well the boots will be going in the bin ive just wasted £30, please dont buy from them their customer service is none existent once they have your cash thats it, they send you silly emails, like well its the correct size, even though they are too small. big warning stay clear.

I agree with everything the 3 previous reviewers have said.
There was nothing on the website advising that I was ordering from a company in China which is clearly dishonest
Boots ordered end of December have not arrived.
When you email to complain you are directed to some sort of agency who cut and paste responses that have no bearing on the complaint made.
Avoid or you to will be ripped off

Rubbish experience! I ordered boots over a month ago and two weeks later they advised they’d been sent. Still no sign of them. Now they’re not answering my emails. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade. I want a refund but I’ll be lucky to get one.

I ordered boots from this company on 6th Jan as boots from another company didn’t turn up ! The boots finally arrived nearly 5 weeks later and are far too tight even tho I ordered a size bigger ! They look ok but definitely don’t think they are waterproof as suggested on the page ! The insole came out as soon as I tried them on ! I’m now stuck with boots I can’t wear ! Wouldn’t recommend this company at all !!

I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived they were the wrong size. Customer services refused to do anything about it. I could not wear the boots because they were too tight.
I wasted nearly £30 I would not recommend this company
