Zero communication for months and no promise of any action to either supply their product to customers or refund those who haven't been given what they paid for. Terrible.

They never send it, they kept my money, and dont respond to my messages to customer service

Definetly a scam company

Got their "Massive Nut" product funded on Kickstarter and then basically ghosted the entire community that helped to bring their product to market.

It's been over 6 months since this should have shipped, over 3 month since they said that everyone would be getting their dispatch no5icw/tracking number and they don't reply to comments on the kickstarter.

Perhaps 1 in 10 people have recieved their backer rewards and most of those that did have complained about numerous QC problems (the initial delay was supposed to be due to them needing to tighten the QC so I dread to think what the originals would have been like).

To add insult to injury they are now selling the thing on their website and actually shipping to customers before backers!

Stabby Labs cannot be trusted with your money so stay well away!

Backed their project in Kickstarter back in April, 2025. I was charged USD 64 (Includes USD 15 for shipping) when the project was successfully funded. But after a while, delivery timelines weren't met, communications stopped and ultimately never received the product. Based on what I saw in comments, most never received the product. Looks like were all just scammed out of our money.

Backed them on kickstarter, they never delivered up until now or replied at all (just look up the massive nut at kickstarter). I assume they are broke now. Wouldn’t buy anything from their official store if they can’t even deliver to their backers.

Received it today. Still wouldn’t recommend. Product is Okayish. Communication is not. Raised the rating to two stars because at least the backed product showed up.

Order previously from them and the customer service was dogshit but at least the product showed up.

Preordered a product in april 2025 and they keep delaying shipping....its now September 2025...no response at all from them and no product. Bye bye money.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, love this website, brilliant products, trust able delivery, the only slight problem is the prices for shipping but besides that DEFINITELY buying from here again.
