I ordered a Belstaff Bramley jacket from this website mid July-19, i received an order online but never received an order update, i tried contacting them to see what was happening with my order. A month later despite numerous emails to them i have just received a pair of "Ray Ban" sunglasses with gold frames which i am assuming are replica glasses not original.

I paid on my credit card so have now passed this onto my bank to claim my money back as this is obviously just a scam so do not waste your time buying from this site.

I ordered two pairs of belstaff trousers a week ago and should acted on my suspicions as something didn’t feel right . The only payment acceptable was Mastercard, no visa and no Paypal.
I made the payment on Mastercard
What a mistake - I saw an instant payment appear in my bank account hxajintai ! Not
Stacey Clarke , so basically a Chinese website and there was a foreign currency additional charge
I week later no confirmation of order, no replies to my emails - I have reported to my bank and they will try and retrieve my payment

Basically this is a scam

My husband ordered a Belstaff sweatshirt and then received a pair of fake Gucci sunglasses. We have tried to email them 4 times and have had no response from the company. We either want my money back or the sweatshirt. We are appalled.

I tried to order a Belstaff Mens Classic Tourist Trophy 4-Pocket Motorcycle Jacket XL for £108.42, as it clearly showed on your homepage that you accepted Visacard as payment. However when I went to pay for the product it no longer offered the Visa option. I therefore asked a friend to order the item on my behalf he paid via their MasterCard, which was duly accepted by Stacey Clarke
However, when they checked their bank transactions, they noticed that there had been a further charge of £7.00 for a Chinese exchange rate charge, which we found incredulous, as at no time does the Stanley Clarke website instruct buyers that the goods will be coming from China. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no email correspondence from yourselves confirming the order and when they tried to log back into the Stacey Clarke website to track the order they was unable to do so.
Stanley Clarke then has the audacity to send a T shirt that is probably not worth more than £10, at a cost of $25 postage, instead of the Belstaff Jacket that was actually ordered.
I find the behaviour Stacey Clarke fraudulent and will have absolutely no qualms in posting this message on social media if a full refund is not received from the company.
My friend has also contacted MasterCard to put a stop on the payment, which they will be dealing with accordingly, I will be asking them to send MasterCard all Stanley Clarke company details, to ensure that they withdraw their facilities from your site, so you are unable to trade in this way anymore.
