I purchased a limited edition rig-in-one from their website; not only did it arrive a day earlier than it originally said it would but they also threw in a free (and super duper nice) 3 tier grinder and 6 cones with flavored tips.

Stache Cups has dishwasher safe cups and has really upped their brand! It is a small owned business with great customer service amd great customization options!

I ordered the purple make over but they gave me an entirely different Rio. When I reached out to the company they were unhelpful and told me I could not even get a partial refund. I would have to go out of my way and ship the whole thing back which is a huge inconvenience. I have a full time job and kids and don’t have the time to go do that. I do not want to wait another 2-3 weeks to use something I ordered and was so excited for. A good business would just mail the correct base part and not inconvenience the customer. Really disappointed. Bad customer service.

Bought, The Base for the proxy. Ordered 2-26, delivered 3-2 total of 4 days, price 19.99 plus 6 tax total 25.99. Very nice product as expected. 5stars for Stache

Have to pay $20+ for shipping but they don't guarantee the product will arrive. When it goes missing they will not resend the product unless you fork out another $20+ for their "maybe it will arrive maybe it wont" shipping fee. Chose the website because the pricea were competitive but in the end it was a very expensive purchase about double what I would have spent elsewhere and as of yet I still have not received my order.

Shipping is not free. Processing takes long. Shipping takes long. Signature required. No other options. Regretting my order.
