Poor customer support. Big costly metal safes should be durable. Mine has 3 cheap plastic bushings inside that guide movement of the 3 locking bars in and out of round openings in and out of side of door, to lock it in place. They wore out, after 5 years. Stack-On customer service brushed me off. No spare parts. Also, no advice about how to replace the 3 plastic bushings so as to keep this safe in use.
