Misleading Returns policy on Australian Redirected Website

Misleading Returns policy on the Australian Site after checking returns policy and once redirected to the Australian site come to find out that the policy isn't consistent at all across the brand. Would avoid buying direct and buy from a local reseller would be my advice!

What fabulous service from Beau at…

What fabulous service from Beau at Stackers. Having had 2 close family bereavements in the last month, with the stress of organising 2 funerals, not to mention the emotional strain on the family - I had neglected to place timely orders for a Christmas gift. Beau was so understanding, helpful and efficient in personally ensuring that my order was quickly dispatched and received ontime. He went above and beyond to reassure me that my daughter would receive her gift for Christmas and his kindness was deeply appreciated. He is an absolute star and credit to the company.

Update: Great customer service

UPDATED: thanks to the amazing Hannah and Maddie at Stackers we received our gifts just before Christmas since DHL lost the first parcel.

Stacking jewellery boxes…

I bought two stacking jewellery boxes for my granddaughter for Christmas. I’m sure she’ll be delighted with them.
My only issue was the actual delivery from DHL. The driver was rather rude and wouldn’t listen to my directions without interrupting me and accused me of making him late with other deliveries.
This is just a bit off putting if I need to order further items and the delivery service is DHL

I recently ordered a travel jewellery case from Stackers, which came highly recommended by friends, and I can see why — the products anee absolutely beautiful and really thoughtfully made. There was a very small issue with the personalisation on my order, nothing major and something easily rectified, but I reached out to customer service and was in touch with Hannah just to check what could be done.

I was so impressed with the response I received. Hannah was incredibly prompt, understanding and genuinely went above and beyond to resolve the situation. She issued a refund straightaway and handled everything with such care and professionalism that it honestly made me appreciate the brand even more.

It’s rare to find customer service that feels this personal and attentive, especially from a small team, and it really stood out. Because of how well everything was handled — and how lovely the products are — I’ll definitely continue purchasing from Stackers. Outstanding service and beautiful pieces. Highly recommend.

Great products, shocking service.

I love Stackers products, I own numerous items and I regularly gift Stackers items to friends. Normally I buy them from John Lewis but on this occasion I could only get the colour I wanted directly from stackers. Unfortunately the experience has put me off buying directly and I am looking at alternative brands for gifting in general.
I made an order in November to be shipped directly to a friend in London who has gotten engaged. Stackers use DHL as their delivery partner and this is where the issues start. DHL did not notify of any updates and then attempted to deliver on a day when my friend was not home, but they left no card, and I was not updated via any means. It is a busy time for me so I didn't check in until someone else mentioned engagement gifts for the friend. At this point, over a week later, was when I realised about the missed delivery and called DHL using their automated service to reschedule for a day I knew my friend would be home. They did not deliver on that day and tracking never updated. I emailed stackers for support at this point and got a reply from Maddie who let me know the parcel was apparently at a parcel shop location that my friend could not get to. I requested Stackers step in with DHL to redeliver as my request was not fulfilled, or to process a refund. A few days later I received an email update with a redelivery change, thankfully it was a day my friend could book in a WFH as I didn't have much choice.
Today is that day and the DHL tracking still has not updated nor has an attempt to deliver been made so far. I suspect this item will not be delivered today.
Stackers - It has been almost a month since I made this purchase and if there is no delivery today and no refund processed, I will be doing a charge back with my bank as this is truly unacceptable.

Just order a Stacker top box in the…

Just order a Stacker top box in the wrong colour (sunday). They are not open for communication on a sunday, which I understand. The order has not obviously been process, therefore I wanted to change/amend the order. There is no option! Contacted them on live chat and AI said they will get to me through email, however I do not have an email acknowlegement of my query. I expect they will have "processed" the order by the time I hear, then I would paid £5 delivery..... to return and extra £4!!!! WHY. It this doesn't get resolved before dispatch I will suck up the cost and report them to trading standards and the Ombudsman for bad practice. Of course I am only assuming this will happen, lets see. If not I will delete this comment. My 1 star is that I cannot cancel or change order within minutes of placing it, which ties you in so loss of money for nothing.

Stunning jewellery boxes at a fantastic price

I placed an order with Stackers yesterday due to receiving an email from them for a Black Friday promotional sale. I placed an order for 2 stackable jewellery layers and I placed it for next day delivery and I'm very, very happy with my purchase.

My order arrived the next day and I received plenty of updates and notifications, including a time slot of when my order would arrive. Overall, I'm very, very happy with the speed of the delivery service and there were absolutely no issues at all.

The jewellery layers are just perfect for my ever growing collection of fashion jewellery which is still currently expanding minute by minute. If you're like me who collects large and vast numbers of bespoke jewellery pieces, then I would highly recommend buying these jewellery boxes.
