Totes didn’t arrive on time nor in the timeframe given for delivery (6-8pm, arrived at 8:30). Was given 1 dolly instead of 3, with them saying delivery of the other 2 would happen the next morning. It didn’t. Never got the other 2. Order was “updated to reflect 1 dolly,” no refund/credit to billing account.
Pickup was scheduled for today between 4-6pm. No update received even though I’ve asked all day. Now they’re saying they’ll be here at 6:40pm. We had dinner reservations we have to cancel.
It’s a solid idea for a business. Too bad these guys don’t know how to run a business.

The service was so easy and convenient. They delivered all 100 bins at our home and picked them up at our new home. They were large, clean and easy to stack and use.

I had never used this service before, and I cannot see another move without this.

I loved having the bins - they were very useful for my move. However the drivers who drop off and pick up the bins were very rude.

I loved the concept and pricing at first, and the boxes worked great for loading. But the unloading experience felt like a bait-and-switch. They offered me $80 to keep all 50 boxes for another week, but when I asked to keep just 9 after I unloaded 41, they wanted $165 — while the pickup was happening. That made no sense to me.

Corporate later blamed miscommunication between local and headquarters, but as a customer, that’s not really my concern. It turned me from a happy customer ready to recommend them into someone skeptical of the business. Great idea overall, but the handling of this situation was disappointing.

I had a great experience using Stack to move. Everything was seamless and the pick up and drop off was very easy. I gaily recommend using Stack if you do not want to deal with the fuss of looking for boxes and breaking them down. I was able to fit a lot of items in the containers making the whole process easy.

This was the best recommendation I received from friends and clients. I truly did not have to worry about anything other than packing, stacking and getting on to my new apartment. Drop off and pick up was communicated clearly and on-time.

I liked the service and I’d use again. One thing to improve is to give a range of time for delivery and pick up.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy (ordering, scheduling, delivery and pickup).
The crates are very durable and can hold a great number of items.
The best part by far is not having to deal with cardboard boxes, which ALWAYS fall apart and they are a hassle to get rid of once you no longer need them.
I highly recommend Stack and will definitely use them again in the future.

Stack simplifies moving the way rideshare changed transportation! Stack drops the bins at the initial location and retrieves them from the final destination. No boxes, no trash, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend stack bins if when relocating!

Love love love that this service exists. So easy to set up, move around, and get boxes back. My boxes were squeaky clean! Our movers appreciated that all the boxes were stacked and ready to go - nothing haphazard or falling apart. My only gripes: I wish they had different size boxes and I wish they told me more than a few hours in advance when they’d be picking up and dropping off boxes.
I will absolutely use Stack again for my next move!!

Best invention ever! I ordered 50 boxes and they arrived clean and ready to pack. They came with wheels and a small transport dolly, making it easy to stack and move them around. Super efficient — no wasted cardboard, and much better for the environment. The one-week return window was actually a blessing in disguise; it kept us motivated to pack and unpack quickly. I also had 10 cardboard boxes on hand, and they started falling apart mid-move. Never again — I'm a convert!

I decided to order the stack bins because I wanted to take a sustainable approach to moving. I found the ad on instagram, and it seemed like a no-brainer.

Ordering was super easy, you log into the site, enter your moving address (current and future), choose your package (how many bins you need based on your home size), and your delivery and pick up dates. I opted for a 3 week window, and week over week, the price increase was minimal.

The bins arrived on time! I selected 25 for a 1 bedroom apartment, which was not enough. The bins are super useful, but are smaller than they look. I would say between a small and medium U-haul box in size. I placed a second order after running through the 1st 25 bins, and delivery was prompt the second time as well. Very consistent experience.

I was able to pack each room in a super efficient order, and storing the totes while I moved was a breeze. The dollies are the best part, because it allowed me to move and stack in a way that made my move feel less cramped. I was able to get into each of the totes with ease.

Because of the convenience, I unpacked most of my items (room by room) within the first 2 days. Unpacking was also super easy, no box breakdown, you just remove your items and stack the bins on the dolly.

The deliverymen are super professional and communication is so seamless. You can always reach customer support and they reply within 24 hours with a resolution.

If I decide to move again, I'll be booking stack bins. Hands down it was the best decision I've ever made in a move.

What a great way to move! I ordered 15 bins plus a dolly to move my 2 bedroom apartment. Pedro, my delivery person did a great job of communicating during delivery and pick-up of the bins. The bins worked so well. Easy to pack and maneuver. The lids close securely to protect the contents. It rained on 2 of the days I was moving and not one item got wet with these bins.

The dolly made everything super easy. It rolled without difficulty on carpet and vinyl floors. It did not mark up my LVP floors.

This is a cost effective, environmentally friendly way to move. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone who has to move to give Stack a try!
