HI David! Thanks for the feedback. We are so sorry that you were not happy with the pricing on this shipment. The carriers that Stackry uses charge based on dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. Because of this, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. I looked into the shipment history and see the shipment was billed at 13 lbs., due the size of the box. The order requested to keep product packaging, so the team should have used an appropriate size box to accommodate that. We may have been able to reduce the size of the box by removing the extra packaging. Please be sure to share your feedback when it arrives. I had a tricky situation where some items arrived at Stackry without the correct label from the store. It could easily have resulted in a significant financial loss if the items hadn’t been identified.

Careful how much you add, the shipping gets crazy
Everything was easy. We learned our lesson last time when DHL shipped it. It cost more, it required lots of paperwork when it made it to Croatia and we paid way more in customs and duty then we ever have. We will stick to FedEx
