Great service

Quick notification to say that they had received my parcel, quickly processed straight forward and easy options for onward delivery. This is the second time I have used Stackery and will definitely use again.

First time using stackry

First time using stackry. Their website and service seemed efficient and well designed.

Unfortunately for me I chose to use DHL global shipping who unknown to me partner with evri in the UK.

Most of my parcels journey seemed to go well until it was delivered to my local evri depot. Evri seem to be both incompetent and dishonest, and after the tracking showed my parcel as out for delivery 4 days in row without any actual real attempt by evri I chose to divert the parcel to the par el shop.

After 3 days of the tracking not updating it is now saying that the parcel is undelivable and being returned to sender. Yesterday evri actually deleted all of the tracking info and changed the tracking number itself. Suspicious...

I contacted stackry who asked DHL what was going on. According to DHL I am at fault and the parcel is being returned to stackry in USA. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this service. With so many company's involved nobody seems able to take accountability and resolve this situation.
