Super safe move

Super safe move. Nice friendly movers arrived on time and worked hard on the move with great respect for my things. Heavy cumbersome items, including piano, were moved with a smile and without any problems. Everything from ordering to moving has worked flawlessly. Super good service and control of things from start to finish. Can definitely recommend using Stackt.

Made comfy moving

Hi,
How are you all.Sorry for late reply.This is my first online booking and i was scared .Because i had no idea about van service.Few people told me it is not good very strict about staff .hopefully it was great experience for me.thanks again all of you and like your team work to make my moving very easy and convenient for me.I will recommend of you in future to someone take your service easily without any risk.

Reliable, honest and on time

I stored my items as a student for the summer and could not recommend it enough. After many terrible experiences with student storages it was a big relief to have this company who, gave me notice of what time they would come, didn't make me wait the whole day for arrival, gave me a good arrival margin and came up to my room to collect my items. Driver and staff were friendly and helpful, with almost instant response times. There is no hidden charges either, and it is very transparent.
Would recommend for people who need to move at a certain date and need to catch flights back home afterwards.

Super good service

Super good service. They called and contacted us instantly. No BS charge per items, no hidden additional charges. The two drivers were very nice people too. Will use again.

The services are really good

The customer service team was very responsive during the move. The movers were very careful in their work and kept all the items safe and tidy without causing any scratches.
Just the price is a bit higher than expected, since the moving time will include the traffic time as well

Excellent service and tariff

I recently used a collection and storage service and was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and simplicity of the process. The rates were affordable, and the team was professional, quickly gathering and transporting my items to storage. The automatic billing feature was also a convenient touch. Overall, an excellent service!

I was surprised at how smooth the move was, and the guys even managed to pack my belongings in a special wrapping not to damage it during all the process

Over the quote, lost valuables and generally slow

At least one moving box with valuables was lost during our move. We were also charged 5h above the provided quote and the execution was very slow.

This was deducted from my card the following day which we never given them consent to save on file.

Glasses and a few furnitures arrived broken which we didn’t discover until after they already left and we started to pack up days later.

We paid for 2 movers / 2 drivers, but only 2 guys showed up on the day.

Their customer service weren’t able to help at all either and referred to a 3 day grace time.

Edit: Stackt claims that we provided them with a shorter list. We sent them a detailed video of our flat, including all furniture prior to the move. Fact is we decided to scope out our bed and some smaller furniture on the very day of the move as it progressed so slowly. Another removals company came in and took care of that the following day.

In regards to the broken sofa mounts / kitchen glass, we were willing to accept that until we realised that at least one moving box is missing!

I didn’t expect you to mention which items was lost specifically here on Trustpilot, but that box contained multiple collectors items.

The support wasn’t keen at all to help when we reached out about this and just point out that we’re too late. I’m also curious why they store peoples card on file.

We understand that the duration of the move was longer than anticipated. The initial estimate was based on the inventory list you provided, while the actual number of items was significantly larger, requiring additional time to handle safely and securely. For this reason, the final duration can be affected by the volume of belongings, which in this case was double the expected amount.

As for the moving team, your quote and charges were based on a single moving van with two movers, with one also serving as the driver, rather than two movers and two drivers as you mentioned. We are more than happy to provide you with copies of both your proposal and invoice upon your request for your reference.

In regards to the damaged items, we have thoroughly reviewed all our documented communication with you, including emails and phone calls, and we have never received any prior reports of damaged items from you since your move was completed on 26th September.

While you did mention one missing item, specifically a box of footwear, it's worth noting that this claim was made 15 days after your move completion. As per clauses 15.1-15.5 of our Terms & Conditions, we are regrettably unable to consider claims made later than 3 days after the service.

We are more than happy to provide all the documentation as proof of all the above-stated. We appreciate your feedback and would like to work with you to resolve any outstanding concerns. Please feel free to reach out to us with any further questions or requests.

William, in response to your additional points, it's important to mention that upon receiving your video, it was converted into an itemized list as specified in the proposal letter you have accepted. However, in reality, the number of items significantly exceeded the initial estimate, even necessitating an additional van trip.

Regarding your contact with our Customer Support, upon your report of the missing item, they promptly checked with the allocated team of movers responsible for your moving service to ensure nothing was left behind in the van. Our records indicate that there were no unclaimed items. Subsequently, you were informed that nothing had been left behind during your move, as documented in our correspondence with you. Only after expressing your interest in filing an insurance claim did our Customer Service team explain that claims filed more than 3 days after service completion are not accepted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Concerning the retention of your card details, it's worth noting that you actually did consent to this practice. When making the payment for our services, you were required to accept Stackt's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which explicitly stated our ability and intent to collect your financial information. This measure is in place to ensure that in cases where the service takes longer than initially paid for due to unexpected circumstances, we can charge your card accordingly while maintaining a transparent and secure payment process. Furthermore, upon your request, all your financial details have been promptly removed from our system.

Very impressed!

Very impressed with our whole experience with Stackt. Maria and Omar’s correspondence from start to finish was excellent and they made everything stress-free. The pick-up and return delivery was prompt and the team were very efficient and helpful. The monthly payments were a reasonable price so I’d absolutely recommend and will use in the future if needed. I wish I could give them 10 stars. As a very demanding customer who always worries about everything I called the company many times to clarify lots of details And the company customer service was excellent . Answering all questions in the most professional manner , preparing customs forms , inventories and etc . The company delivered our household from the UK to Spain in less than three days , no damages ! No delays - the household was downloaded in the lorry in two hours and was offloaded even faster . I am so grateful and happy I have picked Stack ! They definitely deliver on what they promise and even more! Exceeded my expectations!

Great Experience

Great communication via emails with the staff. Though the delivery is late for an hour, the movers are nice and helpful. The price sounds fair, around £240 for moving mattress and bed, plus some boxes.

Moving is always hard, Stackt just made it easier.

I move from one apartment to another relatively often (once or twice a year). It is always a struggle in terms of everything: money, time, energy. I am always exhausted because of this. No special words needed: my best experience was with Stackt. They came in short notice, their team was fast and efficient. It wasn’t too expensive and they even refund me the money for materials that were not used.

Wonderful service

Easy booking, transparent pricing, friendly people :)

I had a small storage unit to empty and move to a new flat - I contacted Stackt with very little idea of how much I needed help with, how long it would actually take, and what date 😅 as I'd been slowly moving some things out myself (yay for vague)

The Stackt customer service team were brilliant regardless of my vaguery - they explained the minimum charge for 2 movers for 2 hours, and the cost implications for going over the time frame clearly. Previous companies I contacted refused my booking without a full confirmed itinerary, despite me providing photos.

The movers were bang on time (and Stackt even sent a tracker for me to see where they were) and were incredibly polite and efficient. They didn't complain once when what should have been a 20 minute journey was 90 minutes due to London traffic, and even helped me by carrying heavy boxes upstairs to the right room!

Stackt pro-rata the additional cost by actual time (so I was only charged for the additional 20 minutes, unlike other companies who charge for a full hour).

Stackt may be fairly new to the market, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their transparent fees and flexible booking took a lot of the stress out of moving.
